Moving from Chicago to the burbs this office has shown me that an office can be organized. I had a recent scare and had to deal with an office manager by the name of Georgia directly and when I tell you she handled everything she did it without skipping a beat. The staff there is always very knowledgeable and very resourceful. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

If it weren't for G. L., I'd have to agree w/ some of the other 1-2 star reviews. I've had soooo many problems with this office & their inability to produce anything in a timely manner or even answer the phone for that much.

G. L. is truly a heaven sent gift to this place & she is really concerned & dedicated to resolving issues in a timely manner, returns calls & emails, & is really doing her due diligence to change the reputation of this office. For this alone is why I've given 4 stars. It's very refreshing to see ANYone still sincerely care in today's world of horrible & dismissive customer/client services.

Please give it a chance for her sake & I believe in time she will have added so much value to this office. 😌

I can not begin to express my deep appreciation to the staff and this program! This was a heaven sent! The staff was never less than perfect! Compassionate and helpful. They went above and beyond! Georgia is a fantastic worker! She has helped me for the last couple years with any issues or questions I've had. Daycare is the most difficult thing to worry about and when you can get assistance that's priceless!
