Great product and very responsive service. When I had questions in that first month, they got back to me quickly. When I needed assistance nearly a year after getting the hearing aids because one was acting weird they were responsive about helping me through the issue and got the issue resolved quickly for me. A few years ago after trying several brands of hearing aids from several different businesses I gave up. My wife Arlene talked me into trying one last time. We went to advanced hearing and met with Melissa. After a evaluation and the best explanation of how the hearing aids would help me and what to expect from them I ended up with a pair of hearing aids that far exceeded my expectations. My left side hearing was very bad and my right not so good. The last few years have been very good for me with my hearing ability and my communicative skills with my family, friends and most importantly with my wife. Recently my left ear became almost deaf. Melissa recommended a cross over aide for my left ear. Completely changed my life. My hearing ability is better than it has been the last 30 years. Most importantly the sincerity and professionalism Melissa demonstrated in helping me has been remarkable. I can't say enough about Melissa's honesty and sincerity too accomplish the best outcome for her clients.

Very reasonable for hearing aids! Melissa and Brianna go above and beyond to help you understand the technology of the hearing aid. It is so convenient and I love the Bluetooth offered in these new hearing aids! I highly recommend Advanced Hearing Systems!

Melissa went above and beyond to help my father. She was awesome. Please disregard the 1 star rating that I gave her in a moment of weakness Melissa is awesome. Sorry Melissa. Plus instead of trying to sell us a bunch of new hearing aids for thousands and thousands of dollars like most people would she actually found out that my dad's or still under warranty and sending themback in to the manufacturer to have them refurbished in the software updated

Not being from the area, we needed to find someone to help my Mom with her hearing loss. Brianna Schmitt and the staff at Advanced Hearing have been wonderful. If you don't have an audiologist, and you're looking for one, I would strongly recommend this group. We selected them by chance, but couldn't be happier about our decision to work with them.
