I’m so gracious that I came across Chandra and Faithful Kids Academy when I did. Chandra provides such a safe environment for the kids and parents knowing that the children are in such great hands. Chandra was my first and only daycare provider and if and when I have to make the choice again she will be my first choice. The kids learn effectively and efficiently, are well fed, and treated with compassion, and I notice the difference immediately in my child while with Chandra. I would recommend her as a childcare provider each time.

Mrs. Chandra has been an amazing Teacher, Provider, Woman of God, and a Shining example for my children. They learned SO much in her Learning Center and came home more developed each and every day. First I would like to say that I am a woman of Faith and what is right is right and what is wrong is wrong. Unfortunately this space will not allow me to elaborate but I only feel it is right to provide my experience. My son started care with this provider at the beginning of December 2024. All was well and I had nothing but wonderful reports and loved everything I saw. My son seemed to be really thriving. And he absolutely adored the provider. However, a week ago, I was advised that he is throwing too many tantrums Whereas he could possibly hurt himself, he was being too active and climbing on top of tables, etc. I was then advised last Friday, February 7, 2025 that my son had one week to get it together or she’s going to have to talk about other care. On Monday, February 10 I was sent home with majority to all of his paperwork and activities he had done at this daycare. The same issue was addressed again on that morning that was told to me on Friday. I am not sure how I was supposed to correct a two-year-old from throwing tantrums, being too busy climbing and not watching what he’s doing like most 2 year olds in one week. But I was willing to watch him very closely and do what I can. And this is not an unruly child at all that we are talking about. So I pick him up on that Monday, yesterday, and I was advised that they would see him tomorrow. Once I noticed all of the paperwork that was sent home with him any parent would question if it is out of the normal. After I questioned it not two hours later I was sent a message that my sons care was discontinued effective immediately. This was at 745 pm. I was then stuck in a position where I had to find care in that short period of time. There is also no refund per the contract. She did send back some of the fee and I appreciate that. But overall, this was so completely inconsiderate and I would never do that to someone. My heart would not have let me do that. And I feel that if you know you are going to drop my baby then why take my money at all on the Friday before. So parents please make sure your child is on the up and up and have a back up plan because your child can be dropped at any point with no notice. Thank you

My son and daughter both love Mrs. Chandra “Mrs.CC” She has been caring for them since they were born and I do occasional drop-in care with her. She runs an amazing faith-based preschool and the children really learn and grow here, they all are like a little family. The space is always nice , neat, & very inviting. I would recommend her to anyone parent looking for childcare because she always goes above and beyond the rest !

So appreciative of the intentionality and care shown to my little 2 year old boy! He is always learning something new and exploring new ways to interact with friends. I love the communication and transparency that exist for the parents before joining and every single day afterwards, also. We love Faithful Kids Academy. Ms. CC is very warm, caring and provides excellent care. From the first time we met, we knew that our daughter was in great hands with Ms. CC. Being in an environment that models and exemplifies biblical principles is very important to us. Faithful Kids Academy is an amazing faith-based preschool, and we would recommend it to all.
