I was meant to be having my online class and we had some problems having the class.

We called TutorSA, and they said everything was fine on their end and we went through many things, they asked us to turn off my device, log-in and out, restart, remove us from the class, and re-add us simply. We told them it still wasn't working and she tried everything she could but she transferred us to the other receptionist, the other one went through the same process but was simply more rude, and she wasn't going to help us, she told us once again that is was fine on their end, and they checked with the Tutor and he was online. The Receptionist told us simply "to try, in a very rude way." She was quite rude and did not end up helping. She told us are you on the right link? We said yes. We ended up solving our own problem by clicking the link to the online class next week, and they were at fault because my Tutor was on the WRONG link. My sister tried calling them and they didn't pickup and ignored the call. My sister then ended up calling them on my phone, and they ended up picking up. We also told them that we would be needing your names. The First receptionist was very nice and tried, but the second one didn't do anything at all and had a very bad attitude and was quite rude. We said we will now be writing an email and as well writing a review. They need new staff members & need better Customer Service. They need to atleast try to help people. Do not send your children, kids, teenagers, or yourself here. TWO STARS.
