This is great tutoring place! My son was struggling with 6th grade math and I was very frustrated that I could not help him. His math grades began improving after a couple of sessions and he finished his school year with higher tests scores. We continue to take him to tutoring during the summer break to prepare him for the new school year. Hong has been such a great support for my son. She is patient, knowledgeable and very thorough. Hong has even taught him how to organize his math notes to help him study for his tests. Hong continues to teach him skills that will help him academically in the future.

Ryan has been tutoring my child since November of 2023 and I’ve seen so much improvement in the test scores. My child also has a lot more confidence as well and the reason for that is Ryan. Ryan is very patient and explains things very clear. He takes his time to break down the math problem, step by step. We’ve had other tutors in the past but Ryan has been the most consistent and helpful. We are very thankful for High desert math tutor.

My son has been struggling with AP Calculus so I contacted @highdesertmathtutor & Ryan worked with him for 90 min today. It was AMAZING! He was able to explain basic ideas of Calculus in ways that made sense to my son in ways his teacher had not. They tutor all levels of math up into college and sciences (except bio). My son will be going again this week and 1x week from now on. On top of that, they have all kinds of cool things for kids to do like their gaming nights and tournaments. They tutor all ages & I cannot recommend them enough!
