The two stars for this review is definitely not due to the staff. The front check in staff as well as the front desk manager and the ladies that work at the restaurant/ bar. All were fantastic during my entire stay. However, And I do understand they have signs up all over the place stating they are renovating. Just be well aware this hotel is not typical courtyard standard. There was water leaking in the lobby all over the place which they were trying to fix. There was water leaking in my shower from the ceiling. I don't know where it was coming from. The water pressure at the hand sink in the bathroom was absolutely terrible. At best, a small stream. Many paint chips on the walls And on the furniture there's some damage. But hands down the worst part about my four nite stay. There was the odd smell throughout the lobby and on the second floor. The best way I can put it is it was a mixture of Curry mixed with wet dog and sausage grilling By the fourth night I couldn't take it anymore. I had to finally leave

This is definitely a very tired Marriott courtyard. As I stay at many of them throughout the year due to my job. I would just highly recommend staying away from this place until the renovations get done. Just stay at the SpringHill suites next door. I've had much better experiences over there.

The front desk agent got us into a room at 11am way before the 3pm check in time! The beds are super comfortable, soft and fluffy feel to them! The room was super clean, interior finishing made the room look luxurious and the shower felt amazing after an 11 hour drive! Breakfast is in the bistro area that you have to pay for and it was over priced with a slim selection of food options, so we decided to eat elsewhere in town!

Overall we would stay here again and the
deposit was $20 with a noon checkout time!

The individuals working at the downstairs bar are apparently "pissed off" all the time. I mean, I got my drink, but I felt like apologizing for dropping by. Is being "pissed off" a prerequisite for that particular job? Loved the room. Loved the front desk. Loved the location. But...that lounge is an uncomfortable experience. Look, a reasonably nice hotel, other than the "Mean Mug Lounge", it's a pretty decent place to stay.

The room was cozy, the breakfast was delicious, and the fitness center and pool were excellent amenities. Alisha and Tammy, the front desk employees, did a fantastic job of being composed and peaceful even though the house was full.I visited multiple times at different times of the day to try to get in touch with the manager regarding some queries I had asked him in Octoberย  I gave him my phone number, and he said he would look into it getting me the information I requested and give me a call. I never did receive one; he was never available this last stay.

We made an emergency reservation at the Courtyard downtown Pueblo because of the weather, and we had a great stay. However, we had a heating problem in not one, but two or three different rooms. The front desk receptionist Tammy and the maintenance man Cruz did a fantastic job of getting my wife and I into a warm, comfortable room with the heater functioning perfectly. I would like to thank them both for going above and beyond and making my wife happy.

Front desk people seemed to be put out when I asked to check in early. I waited until 3 and tried to check back in. They said they did not have a reservation for me. Had them check my wifeโ€™s name and it was there.( She had made the reservation in both our names)I was going to let them talk to my wife on the phone but they wanted me to call a number on a card they gave me. The number was for the front desk. They finally agreed to talk to my wife and after the call I checked in. Looked at the bill today and was $30 more than the reservation. The front desk agents had a bad attitude towards the whole encounter and I left upset.

This Marriott is marginal at best. The room was nice, the bathroom awful, Shower had mold and mildew in it. For the price, it is understaffed. The people at the desk were very nice. The people at the bar were nice but were very busy. They did their best to accommodate everyone even they were so short handed.
