I called and scheduled a ride to the pharmacy, they said they would pick me up at 10:00 on the 19th. At 10:30 I called to see where they were, they said they didn't have me on the schedule. I am hearing impaired and use TTY. I checked the transcript of the call and it clearly said the 19th at 10:00. I had to spend $20 round trip for an Uber, but they don't care, it's not their money.

The staff is great! I signed up and went to a congregate lunch. It was worse than high School! The people are very cliquey. I wish they had the same welcoming attitude the staff has.

Excellent deal for seniors and certain handicapped. I had never heard of them and I assume many people haven't. The bus drivers are safe and professional. The schedulers are excellent. More cities should offer this service.

The staff here is amazing! The drivers are helpful always upbeat and easy to talk to.They are great drivers I feel safe and relaxed because they are really good drivers and make sure my chair and I are strapped in and ready to go before they move!?
