Horrific organization for the high adventure boys. They weren’t ready for us even though we were very clear when we would be there. The tents they said would be up weren’t and they didn’t even have the proper equipment to set them up we had to tie the poles and canvas tents together to make it work since they didn’t have the proper equipment to set them up correctly. They promised running water at out campsite which we never had and three full meals a day which was a complete joke. Terrible food and no where near enough of it. The staff working directly with us for high adventure was great but all the rest of the staff were incredibly rude and horribly organized. Waited in line more than an hour to get terrible food and very little of it. We had to go buy more food in town since our kids were always a hunger from the lack of food. They had to change plans on us multiple times and were always hours later to be ready for an activity than they told us. Way to expensive for this level of ineptitude.

Paid for a service, secretary didn't even look at me when I came in, I called..she walked right passed me, didn't answer the phone, I called out to her she straight ignored me and walked away on her personal phone. She then comes back..I said I'm the one that just called I need to know where the finger printing services are..she goes well I didn't speak to you..well..duh..I was standing right here when you ignored my phone call..so I point this out to her and she rudely walks away and ignores me to help someone else and leave me in this lobby barely answering my question.very dismissive. Now I'm sitting here waiting for an appointment that was supposed to be ten minutes long and was supposed to start five minutes ago which I was early for.i just paid 80 dollars for this fingerprinting to be done. What the actual heck is going at this place.

I loved all the time spent with RMBSC. May lessons learned and seeing young men move along from Cub. Scouts to Bot Scouts. The folks who volunteer their time should e proud of the time they gave and the way they helped change young men and women.
