You know I understand their is a lot of people who they help I'm not knocking them for that but when the person on the phone bold face lies well that's where I draw the line. We were told by a person answering the phone to be up at the office first Monday of the month we did just as told got there and they tell us we have to call wouldn't let us in the door so we sat in the parking lot and called and told we need to try next month they already paid out what they had in funds it's like 8am they just opened.
The person they have answering told us to be up there we was, they told us to call and we did. Maybe get with employees and make sure they all are on the same page because obviously not everyone is. I have home security with audio I can replay it back for you and prove it that one of your employees did tell me to be up there on the first Monday of the month at 8am i was there by 7:50 and pushed the button at 8am.
It really doesn't matter though because I'm the one asking for help you don't have to help people. Just please make sure the people answering the phone knows not to be telling people to be there when they got to call. Thank you for helping our community God Bless.

Helped with an urgent disconnection notice even on short noticed ..Very friendly and prompt in paying as well as notifying they paid and the amount they paid..Neeed more agencies here that can help people in dire crisis
