Needed a last minute option for boarding our dogs over Christmas. JD’s came up as an option and after reaching out they had availability. My dogs did well with their boarding and seemed less stressed than at the larger kennels were have used in the past. A big bonus is the ability for the dogs to run around in the acre of fenced land.

I've gone to multiple riding schools throughout my 12 years of riding and nothing was ever a right fit. I wasn't able to find a trainer I clicked with till I found Joan a couple years ago. Throughout my many years of riding I'm still learning and becoming a better equestrian with Joan's guidance and knowledge. I'm so thankful to have found JD Riding school and have nothing bad to say about this program, I will not be leaving any time soon! Much love for Joan and her beautiful program.

Love my lessons at JD’s. While they train/coach riders for 4H and shows, my goal as an adult rider is to just get back into riding and in shape for a riding vacation. JD’s has been perfect for that. Between Joan and her other instructors, I’m improving my seat and communication with the horses.

After Day 1 of Joan's 2024 horse riding summer camp, my 8 year old can't wait to come back year after year! The learning, games, staff and new friendships is all I've heard on the drive home. We highly recommend Joan and her riding school!

Fantastic place for riding lessons, summer camps, horse show teams, and general horse care for children, teens and adults. Education is done kindly with humor - no drill sergeant tactics. Joan lifts everyone up and the riding instruction is top notch. Outdoor arena, indoor arena and trail riding is available.

JD Riding School is awesome for all ages. I’m in my 60’s and just started riding with Joan and she has been patient and safe teaching me how to ride properly. I recommend her to all my friends with kids and new riders that are mature.
