After being there a year I learned that the administration does care about the kid my son is speech delayed but he does communicate the best he can and they never tries talking to him all they care about is money and if your kid doesn't act how they want they push mental illness on the kids...never coming back. Some of the teachers are nice but administration don't care

Staff is not has caring has they seem. They often are very lazy. Offering movie day to 2 year olds, to make their job easier. Movie time consist of up to four hours at a time. They do not allow children to get up. They make them stay seated the whole time. Suppose to follow the creative curriculum. Which they never do. They say they are a learning center but do not teach.

I have been using Southside Child Care for over 3 years. Never had any problems and staff is great! My child is graduating to go to Kindergarten and I will still use this center for Fridays!!! I know I can count on them to keep my child safe. Thank you Southside Child Care!!!

Lack of communication for sure. Ive was told different things from the same lady. I dropped off my 2 year old(who has a speech delay) and instead of putting him around older kids he was put in the infant room. They are careless when it come to pick ups. I’ve had 2 family members who went to pick up my child and were never asked to show ids. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone!

If there was a option For 0 Stars that would be my rating. With the exception of maybe 3 from the pre- school room, The rest.... specially the infant room, the office Staff & Director. Poor communication skills, decision making, Not children oriented, of course they will fake it at the beggining. But if you work prepare your self to be fired or quit because if your child even burps they will blow your phone and work phone to make sure you pick up your Child, at least 3 to 4 times a week. Of course they get paid full rate even when they come in for one hour. They prefer to make the money without the kids. And dont mind a Doctors note because they will send them home the next day with a different excuse. Pointless having a Day care at that point. 0 would be my rating. Gina, Jessica, Rhonda you guys you are the Exception of all this. Ohhh and i forgot to mention once my kids where not even assisting the day center they managed to clock in and out my 2 kids without them being there. Fraud to DSS.... judge on your own criteria.

The secretary Lorell is so very friendly and helpful, her and the owner Josette will go through great extents to help you and your kiddos out! It's an amazing daycare.

Absolutely love this place I take my child here for daycare and their preschool program and they have showed nothing but outstanding performance and a lot of love and makes you feel completely comfortable

My children attended here over 17 years ago and now that I am raising my 7 year old granddaughter she is enrolled as well!
