Mostly seems alright. Recently stopped transferring money from your other accounts to cover transactions when balances get low and instead charges a $31 insufficient payment fee instead for each attempted transaction. So I had to pay $93 for the privilege of not paying my credit card balance when I had plenty to cover it in my checking account.

Looking online there doesn't seem to be any option for text alerts for insufficient balance, and the email notifications are disabled by default.

The receptionist Syrenity was so sweet and helpful, she directed me to one of their tellers Mia and she was very sweet and quick / friendly as well. I'm so satisfied with this bank and (so far) these two employees! Will definitely be transferring from my sister credit union in South Dakota to here!
