I had an ultra sound on my thyroid and I cannot say enough about the great care I received!! The beautiful woman that administered the ultrasound was sweet and also a true professional. The other woman in the room was equally sweet and helpful. It was a great experience. When I left, they got a wheelchair for me as I was too unstable to walk back to first floor.

I had an opportunity to use the Gadsden Surgery Center. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all my medical needs. Scheduling the procedure was simple and they were able to accommodate my scheduling needs. The nursing staff is very competent and caring which makes the visit comfortable and efficient. The facility was very clean and well maintained and the procedure was accomplished as planned. The doctor and staff performed the procedure with no discomfort and the procedure has been very effective in relieving my symptoms. I can highly recommend this facility whenever your needs require.

October 1st through 3rd I was admitted to the ER for observation for a possible stroke. Upon arrival I was impressed with the urgency of care I received. After MRI and CT of the brain I was admitted to a room. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Almost a year ago I had been admitted when the environmental staff was low and the rooms were not as clean. However, Upon my complaint the staff was very apologetic and explained why this was the case and have since increased their staff and hired more responsible and professional staff. I have had several stays in the hospital and the rooms were clean. My stay on the first of October this year 2024 was actually very pleasant
I also want to compliment the dietary department. I wasn't allowed to eat when I was first admitted because of fasting. Before being discharged I had the best lasagna, steamed zucchini, green salad and chocolate chip cookies.
But I especially want to compliment the environmental head of the department on making sure her staff does the best cleaning of the hospital.
Thanks to all the staff who took care of me.

Several staff made this a very smooth experience. Every time I give birth I always have a great experience and this was no different. From being greeted by the front desk and check in people and picked up at the ER all the way to the day of departure the staff made sure I was well informed and comfortable. They accommodated my family and I with all our needs. Even down to the kitchen and Dietary staff. I can't speak for everyone else but for me and the people of Labor and Delivery and other staff we thank you.

I was there today at the 400 building for an appointment with Dr Manning. I was very pleased with everything. The receptionists were both very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and nice. I think Dr Manning was very knowledgeable and reassuring about my condition. His nurse is very sweet and helpful.

I was in the psych unit for 7 1/2 days for a medication change!!! Some of the Nurses acted like they were too good to help they played on there phones more than helping and they wouldn't let me have one of my medications and even though I was having withdrawal symptoms they didn't care. The funny thing I was there a few months before and they gave me my medication and I had the same Dr. I will never go back there again...

I used the outpatient facility. Everyone was so nice and courteous. They were there for me the minute I walked in the door. Paperwork had been completed the day before, I received my bracelet and was sent upstairs for procedure. Waited a minute and was called back to holding room. Nurse was there ready for me to change into hospital gown and get me hooked up to IV. X-ray machine was brought to me and within 20 minutes, I was ready to go surgery. My husband was kept well informed and I will be glad to use them again. The staff know their jobs and do it well. Thanks for all they do!

Employees were very friendly and I would give them five stars for that, but the tests that were performed were of very poor quality. The Doctor was not able to make a good diagnosis from them. I feel that the hospital should either redo the tests at no charge or refund to me my copay and refund my insurance.
