I am so grateful my Google searching lead me to this studio. I started taking classes only a couple weeks ago and I am already hooked. Erikka is such a JOY...so encouraging, kind, and welcoming to anyone and everyone...you can see and feel all the love she pours into this. On top of that, all of the women are so sweet and supportive! I am NOT a gym fan (wish I was!), this is such an amazing way to workout and have fun at the same time. And no dance skills required, just fun! Highly, highly recommend! This is quickly becoming my new home away from home!

I’ve been having the BEST time working out at Zeal! Not only is it fun and a great workout, but the community is spectacular! You always feel welcome and like family! My husband bought me a 30 day trial at this amazing new Facility ZEAL DANCE FITNESS STUDIO in Castle Rock, Colorado! I have always loved Zumba and hip-hop, but tough to find a facility that just focuses on this! ZEAL offers A mix of classes between Zumba, hip-hop, Shine, and step Zumba. The instructor Erikka is amazing and encourages you to work at your own pace! I was nervous at first and a little intimidated since I am mid 50s and haven’t attended classes in a few years due to a few surgeries. Wow have I been missing out! It has been wonderful meeting some amazing ladies of all ages and getting to enjoy working out while having fun! Can’t say enough positive so come try it out for yourself.
