I just completed Level 1 - Course 101. As a new coach in this realm, I can't imagine starting my practice without this training, and subsequent trainings from CLCI. CLCI wins above all other academy's I researched. Training was powerful, thoughtful, safe, educating, perfectly structured, interactive, and much, much more.

I just completed the Coaching 101 course with Troy and Joe and I left feeling so empowered, prepared and ready to jump into to coaching with both feet. The class format was exceptional. From the regular breaks to stay comfortable/able to stay focused, the clear concise way the material was presented, the willingness to answer all questions and the way in which the breakout rooms were situated, the three days were handled so efficiently!

I absolutely love the class, instructor Sam Gozo was very knowledgeable, very clear in delivering the content of the course. Love his style of teaching, story telling and jokes. I also love how we broke in group sessions. As the day evolved I was able to understand more about coaching and why I want to be a coach. Everything about this 101 course was exceptional. The flow, the regular breaks, how the coursework was organized, and the instructor, Troy! Had to have been the best online course I have ever completed. The class was captivating in so many aspects. The Tech guys (Ryan & Kyle) were great as well; it was so nice to have them on board in case anything technical happened, we didn't have to interrupt the entire class. Troy's instruction was well balanced between speaking points, visuals, analogies, examples, hands on learning, and ensuring all questions were answered. I learned so much about how I communicate, how others communicate, and exposing certain habits that I need to work on or improve on. I can't wait to take 102!

This was a definite eye opener for me to relearn what I thought a coach was. The facilitator was amazing and made learning fun while helping one build confidence in the skills learned throughout the course. I attended a life coach certification intensive with CLCI on 2/11-2/13/25. I didn't really know what to expect, but I appreciated that CLCI is accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). As a very busy healthcare professional, I was attracted to CLCI's virtual, 3-day course. I didn't have to travel for the course, and I felt it would be an efficient way to get my certification.

CLCI exceeded my expectations. The registration process is smooth. Everything is online. Great pre-course, during-course, post-course communications. The course is conducted via live, Zoom virtual conferencing. My facilitator/instructor, Coach Mike James, was superb. He was energetic, enthusiastic, encouraging, and provided great pearls of wisdom. We had excellent technical support from Coach Kyle, who also provided coaching tips throughout the course.

The pacing of the course is intense. After all, there's a lot of information to learn in 72-hours. Despite that, there are enough breaks and non-lecture portions of the course that help you stay engaged as a learner. Even though I usually do NOT like interactive, role-play sessions during training courses, these practice coaching sessions with my fellow trainees were amazing. It proves the adage, "you get what you put into it". I allowed myself to be fully present and vulnerable, as did my classmates. Because of that, the coaching sessions felt magical. I was honored, touched, moved by the stories people shared about their lives. Truly amazing moments that feed your soul!

I highly recommend CLCI's training Life Coaching 101 course! It is worth your time and money, especially if you invest, be genuine, and show up for yourself!
