I would recommend this bath house to anyone who is in the area. Emma is a very thorough host who will leave you with no questions, anything that you need to know about these hot springs, she will let you know! There is a grill on site where you can order some great food, where Raul, Daniel, and Alex will hook you up with some amazing portions. Plus, they are very friendly and even gave us some extra fries! Thank you especially to all three of them for great service. In addition, Anthony is a great bartender at the bar on site who was willing to give us information about the drinks that were available, and even remembered our orders so that we could continue ordering more drinks! Lastly, Matthew is very diligent in making sure that every patron is taken care of. I saw him all over taking the orders of customers and ensuring that they had the best experience possible.

Best hot springs in Colorado hands down!

I absolutely love all the variety of pools with different temperatures for your choosing. The view overlooking the river is really nice. I also love the fact that you have direct access to the river if you choose. I think there is a great effort made to provide lots of shaded spots during the summer.

The grounds are larger than most hot springs. I love that there are servers that walk around and take your food and drink order. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I can’t wait to go back again!

Amazing place. Lay back and relax in this beautiful location right off the river. Many "hot tubs" to choose from and different areas to soak. They have a spa, which i recommend as well. We went in 30° weather and it was PERFECT. Everyone i encountered at this location was nice and very helpful. You can get a pass for the member only area as well if you get a package. The adult only area. Personally, I loved the bigger hot pool. Ice was right beside me, and this florida girl was warm! We will be returning next time we are in Colorado. We stayed in Durango but it wasn't too far, about an hour drive. Looks like a great place to stay too. Thank you so much for the great service and comfy robes!

Compared to other hot springs in the area, this one was just so-so. It was extremely crowded, which really put a damper on the experience. I wish they would limit the number of guests at one time because it becomes difficult to find a pool that’s not overfilled with people. Several of the pools don’t have a ledge to sit on & were at an awkward depth. The water didn’t feel exceptionally clean, but that could be due to the minerals in the water. Showers lack shampoo/conditioner, so make sure to bring your own. No re-entry is a bummer. On the plus side, the layout of the pools makes it interesting - you overlook the river. There’s an interesting underwater bridge to wade to one of the pools. I would not recommend visiting on a holiday weekend.

i’ve been excited with all of my family being here at the hot spa. We made a reservation several weeks before our visit through the webpage. We ordered just a regular tickets which were pretty much enough for everything. It was very interesting to go down to the river, and there was hot waterfall with the very contrast temperature between the river and waterfall. The facilities include lockers which you can rent for 13 or $15. There is a store you can have towels or other stuff.

We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our day at the hot springs. Every staff member was kind and friendly. The facilities were clean, accommodating and user friendly. We splurged and upgraded to the Terrace package for several reasons: (1) it included the locker, towel and robe services, and (2) it allowed us to have in-and-out privileges all day. The added bonus was access to the 5 bonus pools, which was very nice when we returned after sunset and the public pools were more crowded. We will definitely be planning a return trip someday.
