Sure, i can tell a bit more about my experience here too.
Class starts at 4 and teacher of the class reaches at 4.15pm. By the time teacher reached the center my little kid was anxious waiting. It takes more 5 to 10 mins for any human being to settle once it reaches. It was waste of time for kid and parent too. Because it is 45 mins class and most of the time was wasted. This can’t be any kids learning center. Bunch of high school kids helps the owner but the owner is the only one teacher for lot of kids. This doesn’t help some kids who needs one on one attention. By the time my kid actually went to learn something his peace of mind and attention was gone and mine too. He didn’t like the class and i disliked it too.
You can improve on it. Teacher needs to reach on the center 15 to 30 minutes early before students. High school students might have knowledge of reading and math but they don’t know understanding level of kids and how to teach.

Parker Kumon really helped a great deal with my daughter's reading and math. They have laid an awesome foundation for her and I'm very thankful. Ms. Lavanya and the other instructors are awesome with kids. Great place to make great minds. 👍 i would totally enroll my son when he is old enough for this and recommend for everyone.

Far to many kids in the center, and the director holds children back in math. My child wasted 8 months doing addition math facts she had already mastered. I recommend finding another center.

It took four calls and two call backs just to be redirected back to their website to set a phone appointment to get basic enrollment answers. I’ve never seen such poor customer service for a potential consumer. What a bummer!
