Belinda at the call center needs to chill. She's so snarky and rude, it doesn't matter when you call her or how kindly you speak to her. The first few times I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking that she was probably done with life but she's something else. Corey on the other hand is an angel and deserves a raise. She basically handles everything. The service at this location is decent, they are informative and let you know about possible outcomes. They're helpful and friendly. However there were some missing parts in my paperwork after going on a wild goose chase for it (they don't have the best communication between the locations) and it was stressful.
