Bridget is truly amazing! I live in Texas, and every time I visit Ouray, I make sure to see her. Her work is incredible. I had no idea how tight my body was until she worked on me. For the first time in years, I could breathe correctly and move my body like never before. I didn’t realize how much my emotions and body were blocked until Bridget’s therapy helped release them.
