We have tried other tutoring services but Cambridge Coaching was absolutely the best of all of them. We used Joy J for tutoring for an AP Biology exam and my daughter scored a 5 on this difficult test which is a great testament to Cambridge Coaching’s attention to selecting high quality tutors. At the time I was looking for a tutor, I was preparing to apply to MBA school the following fall. I was already scoring in the 700+ and wanted another boost to my test grades before starting the application process.

I reached out to Cambridge Coaching because of their Elite "Master" tier tutors that have been with the company for over 250 hours and have plenty of experience in getting you to the next level. I needed that boost, as I felt that I had already reviewed all the materials there is out there for the different GMAT subjects and just needed that next level nudge on strategy and process to get in the top-tier percentile.

I received Weike, who was a "specialized generalist" test taker; she had taken almost all the graduate standardized tests and done consistently well on all of them. She was just simply someone who understood standardized tests and excelled at taking them. Weike was just the person I was hoping to get to push me to the next level.

She was just simply phenomenal. We had three 1.5hr sessions together over 2 weeks, over which we had gone through any and all questions that I felt the answers were not adequately explained through online forums. We also looked at my previous practice tests to get a good feel about the areas should I be focusing on certain questions (and not getting hung up other areas), how should I refine my approach to type of question and what should I tweak at the overall test-taking strategy level.

After these two weeks, I had raised my final GMAT score to a 740 or 97 percentile of all test takers. I'm excited to say that this score will definitely edge me closer to my dream MBA school when I start applying this fall!

While their tutors are more than qualified to provide a quick boost before midterms and finals, their specialty lies in helping you achieve long-term academic success through personalized pinpoint coaching. Past students have returned to become tutors after acquiring MAs and PhDs, which speaks volumes for the amount of care and consideration they put into building each relationship.
