Long time customer. Lisa is wonderful, first started at another center, had a bad experience. Decided to give this center a try. Wonderful, a parent put it best, "another way to turn the screw." Oldest son did math Kumon from 8th grade, finished it. Youngest son started in 3rd grade, was doing differentials by 6th grade. He did reading and math. Kumon might not be for everyone, best money we ever spent on my kids. Lisa is great, should be a model for how Kumon is run.

I don’t know what made me come to the website but looking at the reviews I’m in disbelief. I’ve known Lisa for a year now through Kumon and my experience along with my son’s has been great! Lisa is but nothing but awesome.

She’s very patient and kind. I even brought my 3 year old to get a great start in academics and she along with her staff has welcomed us with open arms. She’s even stayed after closing hours to answers all my questions pertaining to his potential growth at Kumon.

I don’t know about others but she’s genuine and I love her attitude! Keep your head up Lisa you’re doing a great job and my oldest confidence has spiked!!!! Thank you!!!!

Kumon has been great to my kids educationally. However, I give one start to this center (Kumon of West Chester,OH) because the person in charge is a very rude and disrespectful individual. I have been a paying customer for 6 years and this woman treated badly when I tried to talk to her about the way she yelled at my daughter and at another adult. I said "I tried" because I could not finish talking. She grabbed my bag, shoved me and pushed me to the door and threw my bag to the sidewalk. Then she called the police and tried to stop me from leaving by prying open my car's door. I have never seen a grown woman using so much unnecessary violence and with so much rage. This is crazy and a horrible woman or as she said herself "not an easy person". She should not be allow to work with kids at all. Please do not let your child of yourself near this woman. Try to go to a different Kumon.

BEST KUMON EVER. As a student i went to this specific kumon since 2-5 grade so from (2013-2017) it as been almost 3 years science i quit. First it was a bit easy but after a while IT GOT REALLY challenging and annoying like i was doing 8 th grade math in fifth grade! But I found too hard back then so i quit. But now as an 8th grader doing geometry in school the stuff i found challenging REALLY helped me in school. The instructors are AWSOME especially the main owner Lisa is is GREAT i remember i used to struggle with the higher level math a lot and i was there for like a long time and she used to help me A LOT she is also a very nice,helpful,genours person, here is probably the BEST education i have gotten. remember me? saisujan k. the person was always there for a long time?Anyways I RECOMMEND THIS KUMON to everyone who comes here. Thank for all the help trough out my elementary, and middle school.

When our daughter switched schools we identified a large gap in her math skills (because the curriculum was different). By utilizing Kumon, they were able to fill that gap and help her achieve higher grades in math. Thank you Kumon!

Very bad customer service. I don’t really recommend it at all, the management has bad temper she snatched the bag out of my little kid hands. Bad learning process and very weak structure. Don’t bring your kid to this place,
Most of online reviews she has came from 3rd party you can purchase as much as reviews you want now a days, I recall when this hot head lady followed me outside and she wanted to fight, lucky i didn't call POLICE on her

Lisa I know you will replay in the bottom of my review . But people should see your text messages that you sent over to me.. it is very bad impressing how you sent such things. If I were you I will close down and leave because it is bad to call people in bad names or bad words..

Kumon has the best Customer Service Reps around the USA and around the globe. As a Professional Tutor from Pa like to call upon Mrs LISA the Director for West CHESTER OH is one of the best ones .. I will certainly admire her for quite number of Reasons...such as being Super intelligent, trustworthy, assertive and easy to ommunicate.. H.Daneshvar

We had started my son for math classes(4th Grade) , this is one of the best learning center starting from orientation and the quality of teaching through overall program they have.. Good work Lisa!!
