I was a loyal customer of intrepid for months. I got switched to a different therapist and one day showed up to my appointment 5 minutes past time. They didn’t have a receptionist because they can’t keep employees. And the door was locked. (The owner definitely went to court for not treating employees well)
So I stood outside and waited for Jennifer to answer the door. I called the phone number and knocked on the door and stood outside for 20 minutes.
By the time Jennifer opened the door she stated I still had to pay for my full session but she would give me an extra 20 minutes on my next appointment. I called to schedule another appointment, and they never even called me back so I paid in full for a half A massage and still never got what was owed.
I’d spend my money elsewhere because their massages are overpriced for their lack of professionalism anyway.

Dr. Sky is incredible! I’ve been in for dry needling and sports rehab and he is so thorough! It helped with my shoulder issues immediately. He is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him for any sports rehab or dry needling!

Dr. Sky was exceptional in his assessment, understanding, goal setting, diagnosis, and work in sports therapy work. He also does chiropractic and functional mobility. I saw his yesterday for an hour. Unlike other clinics, I saw him 1:1 with dedication to my needs. Other places tend to have 3-4 people they are working on at the same time. I appreciate that he also has experience with similar issues and understood my frustrations. For context, I was a welder in the Navy and a contracted CNA helping in bariatric (people 400 lbs and over) nursing homes for 7 years. I had crippling hip dysplasia, destroyed joints, extreme sacral pain, limited mobility, loss of strength and stamina, and an inability to walk faster than 2.5 mph. I tried physical therapy after my surgeries in 2022 and 2023 with limited help from Panorama Orthopedic. I tried Rocky Mountain Sports and the lady broke needles in my back with dry needling. With almost 1.5 years of therapy nothing helped and I could hardly sit to put my clothes on. Since coming to Intrepid I have experienced a myriad of their services (myofacial, Ashiatsu, reflexology, deep stretch, sound bowl). I can now care for myself without assistance. With Dr. Sky's work I was able to bend to the floor, get some stability, be released of pain, and I still feel very light and functional today since yesterday's session. Everyone here is very friendly and attentive to anyone regardless of race, ability, socioeconomic status, or ailments. I have three binders of medical problems and I'm only 34. However, Intrepid is my God send in therapy. With Dr. Sky's help I expect to finally be able to run/jog, lift weights, swim, hike, ski, and get back to martial arts after 5 years of being nearly crippled. And these goals are not even lofty according to him, so I he is more than worth your time and attention. His prices are also very reasonable. I truly thank this practice from the bottom of my heart.

I had a shoulder injury late 2023 and have had physical therapy on that shoulder throughout 2024. There has been constant, though diminishing, pain in the shoulder and arm.
A friend referred me to Intrepid Bodywork’s. I booked an appointment with Steve not ever having had a massage and/or knowing what to expect.
Wow. He was able to (gently) get to places that ball rolling, dry needling, electro therapy and exercises couldn’t even come close to getting.
For real, I wouldn’t have ever thought I had muscles in places he got to lol! I’m not feeling any dull aching or throbbing at all after my session.
I will definitely be back!

My recent physical injury led me to Jennifer. She cares and she created a regime of medical massages therapy for my foot issues.
I had a great experience with Jennifer! Jennifer helped me improve my chronic foot pain issue, which had been bothering me for some months before seeing her. In only a few sessions, she restored my mobility and was able to walk without extra support. She always maximized the time we had in our sessions and was a pleasure to get to know during our sessions.
I’d recommend Jennifer to anyone in need of medical-physical massages. Or for someone who really wants to see not only fast but great results to their bodies. She is a high-level therapist, very thoughtful and organized, and she achieves great results for her patients! The facility and staff are also very nice, highly recommend!

Dylan provides acupuncture to both myself and my wife, and it is fabulous! We are both long-time acupuncture advocates, having used it to relieve migraines, anxiety, insomnia, and even to get ulcerative colitis symptoms into complete regression! The staff are friendly, the facility is clean and comfortable, and everything goes smoothly, from scheduling and arrival, to the relaxing sessions and easy bill reconciliation with our insurance. We were so thrilled to discover this hidden gem located just a mile from our home, and we cannot recommend it enough!

It's been a few years since I've done yoga and wanted to ease back into it. I attended my first Gentle Yoga class here a few weeks ago and it was AMAZING! Mariah was a wonderful instructor and the class was exactly the pace and type of stretching I needed. The atmosphere overall is great and I've already booked several more yoga classes online. I would highly recommend!
