Visited this place about a year ago to see what they had to offer and all I can say was that the energy was totally off! There were a few women working there and they were incredibly hostile and condescending in tone. My partner and I actually left and did not want to visit again. However, we decided to visit again recently, and our experience changed 180 degrees. The man who helped us made some good conversation, talked to us about the different stones and even performed a cleansing on our purchase. I really appreciated his friendliness and warmth. I think the service you receive definitely depends on who is working there that day.
