No stars. Do not let Ashley groom your fur babies. My dog was cut multiple times Ashley did not tell us & my dog needed vet care afterwords. I called Management in hopes to get this resolved & the manager Jess was unprofessional & disrespectful yelling at me otp claiming I just wanted free vet care. How if nothing was wrong with my dog until after he leaves their care? She was repeatedly interrupting me saying “are we done” while I was otp with her because she was purposely trying to get under my skin instead of trying to help me. I will not be coming here ever again.
My dog was in discomfort for almost a week before they took accountability. & on meds for a week after that.

Very good selection of dog food cat food very clean store very friendly employees they have a cat he's a kitten he lives there in the store runs around takes toys off the shelves plays with them my granddaughter and I call the cat the store mascot

If I could it will get no star just because today I went in with my Daughter to get a guinea pig the lady told me yea we paid and I feel out the paper and she was like actually you can not take him because this and that, it makes me mad the fact that we got everything we needed and paid for the guinea pig and for her to have the Audacity to say no, my baughter asked her if we can get a Different one because the 1 that we were buying was old and she said no so we walked out of the petsmart without anything.🫤

So stupid ,if I could I would not even give them a star lady was so rude from the grooming fighting with me over what breed my dog was when I know what he is, they called me to tell me that they couldn’t do almost all the service because supposedly my dog moved a lot, and need training left my dog halfway shave still has long hair like bad service never bring my dog here again if they don’t like to do there job right then why work fr (Amber is the lady name )
