We were redirected to this location as we were not happy with the customer service we received at the other location (Kaizen West). We had a few issues after we picked up our car from the west location, with the cars front panel not fixed properly, the left moulding was after market and wasn't fitting well and our spare tire was missing.

So, after we were redirected to the east location, our issues were handled swiftly and the customer service from Amy and her team was top notch. Amy was very professional in dealing with all our issues and made sure we were happy and demonstrates excellent coordination and communication skills. She also helped us deal with a separate issue (which was not related to Kaizen) of our tire being low on pressure due to possible puncture which was confirmed at their location.

Do not take your vehicle here. I took my car into this shop in November 2024 and it has been a complete nightmare. I was originally assisted by Ryan who said he would do the estimate and give me a call. A week went by with my vehicle being in the shop and no phone call. I called the store and the receptionist said, oh my goodness, I dont know what happened but no one submitted this estimate to state farm. Let me do that. I think its crazy that they sat on this for a week and didnt even review the estimate with me or my husband. This also blew a week of my rental. There was no consistent communication and the manager at the store Casey would say she would call me back for follow ups and never did. I finally was able to pick my car up the first week of December and they told me that they would call me when my license plate part came in so they could install it. After driving my vehicle, I noticed that it was having major alignment issues and after going back and forth with Casey, State Farm, she agreed to have their alignment guy take a peak. Not even a day later, we notice that the bumper was bowing out and the paint was chipping. I drove my car into the shop where Casey would not take responsibility and tried to ask me if I was hit. Clearly, my car was not hit and when she saw it, she realized she was wrong and agreed to have the mechanic look at it. We took the vehicle back in mid January 2025 to have their alignment guy look at my car and make the estimate and to have the bumper looked at. Casey advised us that due to using a non oem bumper, it would not fit the mold so she would submit the supplemental for the OEM part and the alignment and would call us. Two weeks went by and we received no call. Last week, I finally called and learned that the original crew was fired. WOW! Now I am dealing with the district manager Steve who told me he would call us before we drop our vehicle tomorrow 02/05/2025 and I have not received a call. I tried to call at noon and no call back. I simply said I just wanted to know how long I should plan to leave my vehicle there and would like a follow up on them covering my rental since they used all of my 30 days and this was not fault. RJ could not give me any answers nor did he believe he could get an answer form Steve. 3 months later, $6394.70 and still my car in not repaired. I am so frustrated!

I have to say that after dealing with another Kaizen and then coming to this one, it was a complete night and day difference. Amy, the office manager, and Marissa, the general manager, were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. I started off talking to Amy and she went out of her way to get ahold of the regional manager for both the other Kaizen shop I was dealing with before, and her shop to make sure my request was dealt with. I was taking my truck in because the other shop had not done their job correctly and left a bunch of screws and pop rivets out and also my bumper was not on correctly, so Amy made sure to get me an appointment in a very timely manner and also gave me a return phone call to follow up. When I got there Marissa took my truck back and popped the bumper in herself, now seeing that a shop manager was easily able to handle this when the other Kaizen shops tech told me they had to take a bunch of stuff off to get the bumper to sit right says a lot on its own. Then they ordered the parts that were missing and had them in within a couple weeks that was awesome. My experience here has been excellent and smooth thanks to both Marissa and Amy, and I feel like they should be recognized for their great customer service and quick action to get my situation dealt with. I would recommend taking your car here for any body work you need done.

I picked this location because of the reviews. I dropped my car off for an estimate on the 30th of December. I was told I’d have my estimate by the 6th the latest. When it never came I called everyday and was reassured “you’re up next.” A week later on the 13th I called and was told my estimate was almost done. I called again today on the 14th and was told my estimate hasn’t even been started.

I can understand being overworked but if you cannot take a car in don’t accept it. And if things change let the owner know what’s going on, don’t send them around in circles.

Such a shame too because from what i’ve seen they have good quality work, they’re just untruthful and don’t know how to communicate.

I will continue to try to work with them and will update this review accordingly.

Working with Kaizen Collision Center was a pleasure from start to finish. Marissa was pleasant, accommodating and efficient and everyone we encountered was the same. They accommodated our schedule and delivered well ahead of the original timeframe. The car looks great. It was especially nice to get daily text message updates as well as a few calls. I would definitely recommend them for their personnel and service.
