My job transferred from the suburbs to the city (where I current live) and I had to find a new pre-school for my son to attend. Previously he attended a school that was onsite at my work that we really loved. In my search for a new school and was quite overwhelmed at all the choices.

Just by luck, I found The Goddard School and after visiting so many other places, I knew this school would be the one for my son. The management is very professional and caring. My son has allergies and they are on top of all those details ensuring that he is in a safe environment. Crissy, Gina, & MK really made our family feel loved and part of the community. They know everyone's names, they actually care about you and listen to your needs.

Pros: The Teachers are all highly educated and have a high standard for the kids. My son was reading by 4 years old, playing singing, speaking spanish, and has a wonderful love of education due to the many teaching techniques they foster. I also enjoyed the Luau at the end of school, the book fairs etc. My son loves the playground and in the summer liked water days! I also liked that they served quality food for Breakfast, Snack, & Lunch.

Cons: There is no Kindergarten or elementary school. 🙂 I would love my son to stay in this wonderful place for the rest of his school years because everyone is really amazing. We miss you all and want to thank you for what you have done for my son. He is thriving in kindergarten because of The Goddard School.

The teachers at this school have done an amazing job helping our child transition back into daycare. We appreciate how kind they have been and open to helping. We also love the photos/ videos we receive of our little one during his day. It is such a huge reassurance to see his face throughout the day.

Both of our daughters attended Goddard in Thornton and we were very happy both times. The teachers and the staff seem to genuinely care about the children. They are always responsive and often go beyond what is required to offer advice or help. We tried a Montessori school before Goddard but we found that at such a young age, the more structured curriculum of Goddard had more effect.

We love the Goddard School Thornton. My 3 year old daughter has been going here for over a year now. She has learned so much at this school! I am so impressed. She will be very ready for Kindergarten. All the teachers and staff are very friendly. Whenever we’ve had questions, they respond right away. Whenever we’ve had to change my daughters schedule, they have accommodated us. My daughter looks forward to going to school!

My family has been attending The Goddard School of Thornton for four years now, and we have had nothing but positive experiences! The staff has accommodated every one of our requests over the years, and has gone above and beyond to ensure the safety, health, and happiness of my children. Everyone at the school is warm and friendly and willing to ensure to children are having positive experiences. I feel like Goddard did an excellent job preparing my child to enter Kindergarten. And I can't imagine that anyone could have done a better job to keep their school safe during the pandemic. I highly recommend this school!

This school was amazing, I'm beyond grateful for how advanced my daughter is starting kindergarten. The curriculum is wonderful and so is the staff! They provide daily updates so you know what your child is learning everyday, plus the teachers send you pictures of your child through the day.

Goddard Thornton is a wonderful and amazing place. My son attended the school since he was 1. He loves his teachers and friends. He loves going to school in the morning and asks about his teachers during breaks. Danny is wonderful and kind and always available to talk to me if I have questions. The teachers are always willing to talk to me and answer questions about my sons day. They are great with incident reports so I know exactly what happened to my son (after all kids get hurt) and they also keep me updated on his milestones and day. They were super careful and worked around my sons allergies with kindness and understanding. Everyone here goes above and beyond their duty to help the parents feel comfortable leaving their kids and so the kids will feel loved and encouraged to grow and explore. We love this school so much. They are absolutely amazing!

We put all 3 of our kids in Goddard in Thornton. The school employs wonderful teachers who truly love and take care of your kids. The owners, directors, and office staff are also very kind and supportive and make you feel like you are part of the Goddard family. The children thrive and learn so much! Our kids noticeably have more advanced speech and better behavior and listening skills because of the curriculum. Thank you Jena, Danny, and Kristi!
