I bought some goldfish from this store and I notice that the fish had ick I took them in got my refund but I have 5 older fish that Ive had for 2 years now I called in because the only new thing in my tank was their fish and now they are saying that there is a lot of things that can affect the ph knowing that I haven’t changed anything and all my fish have ick

Very unprofessional and chaotic. The last few times I’ve tried to get in, their groomer is either MIA, “sick”, their water is too cold, etc. and they do not call you ahead of time to let you know they can’t groom. There always seems to be an excuse as to why their one groomer in staff is unable to honor your appointment. They wait until you show up and have to sit around while they’re on the phone or out having a smoke break to tell you that there’s a new excuse why you need to reschedule. This location needs to just shut down their grooming department at this point, as they are not properly staffed. I won’t be returning.

The cut was ok but the groomer did not shape his face. I asked for a teddy bear round cut. They did a terrible job! I also paid to get his teeth and ears to be cleaned and that didn’t happen. I won’t be going back here at all!!!

I went to look at birds, and they had a great selection. The mice were funny too!

Two dogs in a hot car outside Petsmart in Monument CO OF Jackson Creek. I alerted he manager. The owners were at Banfield euthanizing a third dog. The manager of Petsmart told me why the dogs were waiting in the hot car. I waited another 25 minutes watching the car. Then I went back in the store and talked to the manager. I said I was going to call the police, the store manager confronted me and told me to have some grace and recommended I try it sometime. I said what about the two living dogs in the car? Do they deserve grace? Maybe I’m wrong, not ok with dogs in hot cars.

I’ll add to what seems to be a string of negative grooming experiences here according to the reviews. First, our dog was scheduled for grooming, but the groomer called out. No big deal. We rescheduled. Today, during our rescheduled appointment, the groomer again didn’t show, and we were told that, even if she did show, she might not be able to groom our dog because she’d need to get caught up on other appointments. I’d avoid this PetSmart like the plague at this point.

GROOMING SERVICES: Second negative experience in a row. 1st picked up our Westie after bath & brush who had coronial ulcer (complete cornea) from product that somehow got in her eye. With explanation from our veterinarian, they did pay for the veterinary services. Attempted bath & brush this Am for our sheepdog, however they declined to see her because she had a scrape on one of her back foot pads. Banfield right next door, but instead of asking them to peek at it, they declined for fear it could get infected. Drove her right to VCA, they looked at it and agreed it was a scrape, not actively bleeding, nothing to do, in fact they said soap & water would be good for it! Waste of a Saturday AM for no reason. I want my dogs safe, would not want to subject them to potential harm, including an infection. My point is, get some experienced groomers in there who can either determine the difference between “an open wound” or a scraped pad & know which products are safe for eyes. We are done with Monument PetSmart grooming!

Banfield in PetSmart, Monument, is wonderful. The Dr's and staff are fantastic and our Pittie is one of the scardest dogs we've ever had but she is never scared to go here. For her to wag her tail going in means she only has positive visits and interactions. We love the care both our dogs get here and our dogs love everyone there.

The store also is always stocked and clean, so we can get things for our dogs while there.
