So my first time eating at this place Chopt and I must say the customer service was amazing. Ricky prepared my food and did an amazing job. Then this amazing lady Karen came and gave me some history on the place and she too was super amazing and knowledgeable about her job. I definitely would recommend this place. This downtown chop't location always exceeds my expectations. The staff is very warm, welcoming and friendly and also very professional! They are also knowledgeable of the different types of salads and warm bowls on the menu and are always willing to help an indecisive customer decide on what to order. I visit this location often maybe once or twice a week and the staff generally knows what my order is because i typically get the same thing. I always leave as a satisfied customer!

The ladies who work the register are amazing I love their spirit. I love their customer service. They are sweet and they always greet you with the smile. I always enjoy my experience at Chopt. The food is so fresh! Most of all, the staff makes the experience worth my trip. Today, Helrick and Karen (of the Washington DC Metro Center store) were very pleasant and SO patient as I crafted my salad. They took time to explain my “perks” and share current specialty salads.

As a busy professional, Chopt is a great (healthy) lunch option to pick and choose what works best for me. I really like this restaurant and I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly fifteen years. With service like I received today, I’ll certainly be back for more! Thank you!

Today i went to the chopt at the Metro Center location where I was helped by a young lady named Karen. When I walked in she was very quick to greet me & made me feel very welcomed. I was very indecisive on what to get but Karen was very helpful & gave me a lot of recommendations! Overall the experience was very great & Karen’s customer service was amazing, I would definitely recommend coming here!
