Love the store unfortunately I had to go find an employee to get shoes and then waited 10 minutes at the check out and no one helped. I finally had to ask for help to check out.

Never in my life will I order from this place again I ordered two Nike Cortez's and one for my son and one for my husband for some reason they delivered them separately my husband is they were delivered by FedEx FedEx decided to say I rejected them so they send them back to the sender which I didn't reject I was at work and there was nobody to receive them so I called FedEx FedEx is rude as hell and then I called Hibbett and they were not having it they didn't want to even try to reroute my order or anything they said it was policy and then they put me on hold for 15 minutes and hung up on me so of course I called back there was a lady on the line she's very nice and she did reroute my shoes can be picked up out of FedEx store that will be on Monday the 16th of December hopefully that's going to happen I have very little faith in FedEx and inhibit today I received a notification that my order was going to be delivered today which would be my son's little Nike shoes that is going to get for Christmas unfortunately it wasn't even shoes I received a hat a hat that I did not order so I call just for them to tell me that I have to get a refund which doesn't come until 2 to 3 weeks and I would have to reorder my order cuz they can't return those ones are they can't send them reroute them to me so now I have to pay another $60 for my son to get his shoes and I still don't got nothing and the representative stated that she's a mom too she understands me this is the worst customer service I've ever had very disappointed and awful customer service I didn't even ask for a hat from 100 and something order that I did I got a hat how sad is that thanks for ruining my Christmas

If I could give this a 0 star, I would. We purchased a pair of football cleats online for my son. We did not get an order confirmation, so I called and the representative told me there was not an order and the funds hold on my bank account would fall off within a few days. I placed another order and received confirmation only to find out the other order was placed and the other cleats had already shipped and I was in fact charged for 2 pairs. Come to find out both arrive and are too small for my son. I start a return for them and send back to Hibbett. I hear nothing for a month… I call, they say they’re backed up on processing returns but they were received and should have a refund within a few weeks. A few weeks later… nothing. A month later… nothing. I call back, they tell me they only received 1 pair of cleats and are researching the other pair. I explain to them I was already told they both were received, they open an investigation and say they’ll reach out with an update. I receive an email stating my return was already processed and PAID and they were closing the claim. I immediately call back to let them know I never received a refund and they agreed nothing has been sent or priced for me. They escalate it again and I receive an email that they cannot process the return because it’s now past the date they can do a return. I call again!- they tell me they can process a return for one of the pair but they lost the other pair and cannot find it in their warehouse!! I still have never received anything from them and one of that representatives actually even accused me of lying about the order. I have all the documentation of my orders and returns, and wouldn’t be reaching out for 9 months trying to simply return some cleats for a lie. To say the least, my experience was one I’ll always remember and I’ll NEVER order from Hibbett ever again!

As the kids grew up here in Fort Morgan we spent some time here in this store for whatever sports they did at the time. It’s in the same parking lot as Burger King and Walmart.

This store in Fort Morgan has very bad customer service. When you go into the store you have to ask for service. My last visit the lady clerk left to go home and did not tell me. There are few smiles or conversation. I will shop at another store in the future.

The staff was friendly and helpful from the second we walked in the door. I was asked if they could help find what I was looking for. There were many items that were on sale or reasonably priced! The store was clean and organized. I love my purchase and will probably be back to look at some other items soon!
