My son whom is 11 yrs old, and reading at kindergarten level when he started reading classes at sylvan learning institute.within the first month he was grouping his letters and making progress. I also noticed a big difference in his self confidence and his behavior in school, his elementary class teacher also expressed his willingness to read for her. My son is going on the 3 month and is now reading at 2nd grade level. Am very pleased with sylvan learning institute for making it possible for my son to be able to read.

I started my son in Sylvan because he needed help in reading. He has made so much progress. He has come along way from when he started, he is confident in his reading and the progression of his speed of reading has come a long way. My daughter loves this place! As a parent I value that Sylvan does assesments to see where my child is at. Then they work with her on that specific area in engaging and unique ways to bring her up to task. They also are very engaged with me as a parent and offer to work with teachers from school. Sylvan has also supported our family in multiple regards; including scheduling, school search, payment plan and nurturing a collaborative community environment.

Awesome experience!!!! My son was struggling with both reading and Math. We tried 2 other tutors that just didn’t work for us. He started Sylvan in the spring and continued over summer. His teachers noticed a BIG difference since Sylvan. He's now participating more in class and we can even see a difference in his test scores! Best decision!
