Dr Chang is very thorough with her examination & listens to any concerns or issues & offers solutions as changes that are needed. I appreciate being heard.

Leslie listens & does a great job detailing the glasses & fits the glasses to the face comfortably. She also has what she needs to repair glasses as well.

Dr Chang is sooo amazing! She and her staff are so caring. They are efficient. and Dr Chang’s spends quality time with her patients. I highly recommend her. She has an extremity level of knowledge in the area of vision and head trauma. She is someone I lean on!

Going to see Dr. Chang and her team has been life changing for me -- they are also all so extremely caring and supportive. I have strabismus that was deeply affecting me in all parts of my life and I wanted a solution that wasn't surgery. Dr. Chang gave me a path forward and I've been in eye therapy now for almost 2 years. My therapist Annie is one of the most kind and caring people and has helped me improve significantly. I can't recommend this team enough. I drive from Denver every week because there is really no one like them!

My son has gone through vision therapy and now I myself am going through the therapy. This is life changing. When I learned about visual processing disorder I cried for days because so many symptoms and things about me that never made sense finally did. I only wish I had known about this when I was a child, but I'm forever grateful that it was caught so early in my son and that I can have my vision corrected now. We travel fulltime and the team from Niwot has been so incredible with ensuring we can always have appointments with our time differences, and Stefanie is so patient and accommodating as we try to balance our lifestyle and therapy. Today was my first visit and eye exam from Dr. Chang at Niwot Eye Care and Vision Therapy and I won't be going anywhere else after today's visit. From the moment I entered the office the staff and Dr. Chang were welcoming, efficient and so kind. I saw Dr. Chang today after getting a referral from my regular optometrist, my eyesight has been wonky of late. She was incredible! She took the time to explain the why's and how's of my condition and then clearly laid out a plan to correct my problems over the coming months with a combination of corrections and therapy. No sugar coating the work needed but I left with great optimism we could get my issues back under control.
