Katie was an informative and encouraging instructor, who provided consistent communication every step of the booking/attending process. I signed up for the Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED class. It was a hybrid style class, with the instructional coursework done at your own pace online through American Red Cross and the demonstrations and hands-on training with Katie in-person after successful completion of the online portion. All the supplies needed were provided, and Katie was clear and patient with her instruction. An absolutely lovely experience learning life-saving techniques under her guidance. Highly recommend her for first timers and those needing refreshers!

My husband and I loved this class! Katie is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, passionate and caring. She’s very welcoming, easy to communicate with and answers all your questions! Class was very informative and easygoing. The class had 11 people attending for certifications. We had a fun time! We all participated hands on. Nobody was singled out or put on the spot. It was our favorite cpr/first aid class that we have taken. We appreciate you offering this class! Thank you!! See you in 2 years!!

Katie made the class both educational and fun! We laughed but also learned exactly what is needed in an emergency situation. Katie also made sure the environment was clean for every participant and that each of us had our own mannequins to work on.
I will absolutely go through Katie to do my renewal when it is needed. 🙂

Hired Katie to do a CPR class for a couple new clinicians that I was bringing in. She was super flexiable and able to give the class a week after I called her!
