Taking Rebuilders with Bob and Shae was such an amazing experience! I can't tell you how impactful it was. It was interesting to see the transformation of not only myself, but the rest of my RB class transform so much over the 10 week course. I do 1-on-1 therapy, and really enjoy it, but the progress you make in a group of people who are also going through divorce is so much more meaningful and not to mention quicker than just doing standard therapy on your own.

Not to mention, the RB community is such a diverse set of individuals and yet our connection is far stronger than I had ever anticipated it could be. Even if you feel good about where you are after your divorce, I promise this class is for you. I promise that you will still get something out of this class, no matter where you are in life. Bob and Shae are so genuine, thoughtful, and authentic and it really shows how much they give so that you can grow to your full potential. I cannot recommend this enough. Just graduated from the summer rebuilder’s seminar. I am grateful that I took the 8 week course. The anger and grief work I did was different from other works I’ve done. It helped healed things that I didn’t realize I still had and not resolved yet. I highly recommend this course for anyone who is thinking about leaving their relationship, divorced, or lost someone. It doesn’t matter where you are in life, your ethnicity, or religion. This is for everyone. Anyone in the world can take this course. My RB group was very diverse from where they are from. With a background in group dynamics and personal change, I was amazed at how effectively and quickly Bob and Shae created a safe space for people to share their experiences, learn from one another, and begin rebuilding their lives. As facilitators with expertise in counseling psychology, they offer such a compassionate and kind program that is well grounded in therapeutic principles.

Each week builds upon the previous one, providing a logical and thoughtful progression through the healing process. The breakout activities and engagement methods during the workshops are masterfully designed, allowing participants to fully commit to their own growth and support for others. Additionally, the program's structure fosters continual connection and support among the cohort throughout the week.

Although I was initially hesitant to commit time outside of the workshop, I soon looked forward to spending time with my new friends. These social interactions have continued even after the program ended. I cannot recommend this program highly enough; it has been truly life-changing for me. I wholeheartedly give it a 5-star+ rating and believe it is a tremendous investment in oneself.

It’s hard to put into words how much Rebuilding Seminars has helped move me so much further along on my healing journey.
