The front office staff is very helpful, and my vocational rehab counselor is supportive and encouraging. She helps keep me on track, and really goes to bat for me when it is appropriate.

Unfortunately the Colorado workforce website software is antiquated and not user friendly. Indeed website is vastly superior. But I do realize that our local office has no control over that!

What a joke! They tell you to leave a message so they can call you back. It's been a week and no call backs have been made but 3+ messages have been left. How are people supposed to get help in this time of need if no one will get back?!?!
