Our experience at Tutoring Center of Frisco has been superb! My first interaction with Pollianna was over the phone and I was immediately persuaded by her friendly tone and excitement to meet our girls. They were warmly welcomed to the center for their free diagnostic test, and immediately felt comfortable in that environment because of Pollianna’s ability to explain the process and put them at ease. They began in the math tutoring program and within 4 months one of them was caught up to grade-level and the other just ahead of grade-level. With such positive results we switched to the reading program the last few months. One of their main tutors, Ms. Spencer, has had a tremendous positive impact on them both helping their confidence soar. I’m truly grateful for the blessing of this program in our lives.

Ms. Nelly and her staff have been amazing from day one. They made sure to address every issue my daughter had and her grades improved almost immediately that her teacher had to ask what changed. My daughter has be going to The Tutoring Center since June and she has improved so much in math. The tutors are excellent in helping my daughter comprehend and remember what she is learning. Mrs. Nelly has been absolutely a joy to work with and she is very accommodating and flexible with my busy life schedule. She keeps me up to date on my daughters performance and progress. The environment at the center is very calm and quiet which makes it perfect for studying children. Everything is well organized and easily accessible for the kids. The Tutoring Center have been so good with my son's tutoring, they've worked with his athletic schedule changes. They communicate with his teachers and give him the tools to get higher grades. Nelly the director of the center has been great working with her. We highly recommend this center. My son likes working with the tutors he said he doesn't feel rushed that they take their time explaining the subjects.

We love The Tutoring Center Frisco. During the COVID virtual classes we became concerned about our daughter falling behind and discovered The Tutoring Center. Nelly immediately got us in for an evaluation and was able to give us a full overview of where our daughter stood in regards to her level. We were given a comprehensive report that showed what progress would look like by June.

Even though we were at level we placed her in The Tutoring Center Program in order for her to advance. We had our evaluation on yesterday and in some areas she is at 90% and we still have two and half more months in the program we signed up for. Nelly provided feedback on the class, listened to my concerns and informed that she would notify the tutor on additional areas to work on with our daughter.

The best part about the tutoring program is she loves attending and she loves going over what she learned after each session.

My daughter loves going to the tutoring center. Though she is shy by nature, it's amazing to see her rapid academic progress day by day. This tutoring center just not limiting themselves to concentrate on her academic but also helps her to build confidence.  My sincere thanks to Nelly for constantly listening and addressing my concerns to ensure nothing gets slipped out with respect to the academics. Mrs. Nelly is an absolute pleasure to work with at The Tutoring Center! My 13 year old daughter attends twice a week for math! The progress she’s made thus far is amazing! Her grades were in the 70-78 range, but after 2 short months, we are now sitting at a 95 in math! I truly believe the center helped alleviate her math fears and showed her that math can be enjoyable!
