Awful costumer service!
I showed up to check on my application to fulfill an on-campus role at Troy University.
I assured them that I will be attending Troy, may reconsider my option and when I showed up, one of the staff members laughed at me and another staff member disrespectfully said, “you don’t belong here”.
As a student myself, I am beyond disgusted and upset about how I got treated just for checking on my status. It’s so disheartening how these staff members can talk bad about you and bring you down like you’re worth nothing to this college.
Please be careful and reconsider your options about filling an application here!

Profiled really badly while attempting to shop here. Very disappointing.Additionally while I did not have my Alumni card on me, I know for a fact that they have allowed my friend (of another race) to show email proof of Alumni Association membership. I consistently get bad customer at Troy University. Happened at ticket office before and I thought it was a one-off but racism and poor customer service to African Americans permeates this campus. I’m grateful I decided not to spend my monies in support of this school, Alumnae or not.

Absolute terrible customer service. People were very unprofessional and completely rude. Payed for one day shipping and got it two days later. Tried to get a refund but they don’t do them for shipping. Will just be buying my books from Amazon because it’s cheaper anyways.

The Starbucks in this bookstore is the absolute worst. They’re poorly managed, always out of supplies, and make terrible drinks. Don’t waste your money on a $5 drink you’re going to immediately throw in the trash.
