I love the prices but no matter who I get when I come here, they all seem very pushy when it comes to a new hairstyle. Every appointment I’ve been to, they always tell me I’m not ready for platinum. Which is not true. I’ve been doing the blonde process for 3 years now and my hair is very healthy, I have since gone to a REAL salon and they got me to the beautiful silver color I’ve always wanted. I’d go here only if you wanted to get your hair or makeup styled. Not colored or cut.

Extremely disappointed and was the absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with from any of the students and we’ve been going there for many years same with my family, but I will never ever give a referral to go there to anybody ever again , it’s extremely sad, my family myself, my friends we would go there to show our support to the students try different hairstyles a new color. Maybe you just want your nails done. Everybody can see how hard you guys work there. But I will never go back there again. a customer should not have to deal with a student being so rude and unprofessional. she had absolutely no sense of understanding She did not want to compromise or work with me . She just was rude and unprofessional argued with me even though all I wanted was to speak with management and she wouldn’t even do that.

The staff and students are very professional and do a great job. I looked around and saw mostly young people.

I remember my Mother going on Saturdays to the beauty College back in the 70's. Basically it was all old ladies who had curlers in their heads, under the driers and coming out with Big Hair! Not anymore!

I enjoyed my hair treatment so much it felt and smelled so good! I also had my legs waxed and Ashley did a great job.

I live in Parachute but I am moving to Grand Junction so I will go to the Salon Professional Academy more then and recommend it to my friends and family

I gave them 1 star because you have to give at least one to be able to leave a comment. I went in yesterday and got a haircut it was the third time I got a bad cut from there and I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I will not be going back EVER and I will be getting a refund on my money that I paid yesterday! I have to go and get my hair redone today and it's already shorter than I wanted it to be. When I told them that I didn't like my haircut felt bullied into getting it "fixed." ITS NOT EVEN ON THE SIDES AND ITS MESSED UP STILL... NEVER AGAIN!!!

I love coming to school here because everyone from the students to the educators at this school make sure everyday and every experience is the best it can be, it truly is the most positive and supportive atmosphere. Getting the most out of school in the short 12 months that we're here is easy with so much support, positivity and knowledge all in one building. We truly gain so much experience to really prepare us for life after graduation and to ensure the highest level of success in our careers.

Went in last week to get my highlights touched up. Alex C. was wonderful and when we started running late (I have very thick hair), she recruited Josie R. to help. Both were awesome, very professional, personable, and taught me a lot about caring for my hair in such a dry environment!

New to town and thrilled that I found this place.. I called early in the day, got in @ 1. Barely waited (and they got busy) Receptionist was knowledgeable about the products available for sale and my stylists. Jayden is articulate and bright. I love the cut. Thank you!

The instructors are attentive and observant, explaining why to cut a certain way, not just how to... it was amazing to see.. The hair process I require is unique and took some forethought. The instructors decided on the chemical process needed and set the stylists to the task. Amy S. assisted in achieving our collective goal, and I thank her as well...

Over all GREAT Saturday afternoon and the cost was so reasonable I was able to purchase product to keep my new style beautiful!!

Out of 30+ haircuts I've only been disappointed by two maybe three. The girls are always friendly and helpful, it might take a bit longer as they are still training, but for the most part it's worth the wait! Idk on women's haircuts, but I'm happy with my men's cuts. Molly W. was my last victim to put up with my jokes, she did an Excellent job😺 and should get a raise or a gold 🌟 lol. ( if she decides she would like to travel, I'd be more than happy to go with her 😜) A.A
