If I could give a -negative I would. Lies about communication, otherwise no communication. Absolutely abhor that they are the only option for some of our deliveries. Damaged deliveries, wrong deliveries received, wrong deliveries sent to wrong address. Never helped rectify the wrong deliveries. If we die not have heavy equipment and a truck, we (and our neighbours) would screwed. NEVER EVER use RAC

Caleb Mann with RAC Transport delivered a dining set to my house today. I was not home and he went above and beyond by carrying all (5) boxes around the back of the house and placed them under a gazebo. I've had several parcels delivered lately and everyone else just leaves them in the driveway. I appreciate the extra effort he went through to make sure my packages were secure. Definite two thumbs up for RAC Transport.

Missed multiple delivery windows, could not give any updates at all. Local site closes at 3pm and after that the regional office has absolutely no idea what's going on. Had to drive out to warehouse and pickup ourselves. Very unhappy with complete and total lack of communications.

Poor communication would be a gross overstatement of this companies abilities. Have had a shipment sitting at their dock for a week now, with the promise of being delivered everyday for the last three. Abhorrent ability to meet customer expectations

Stay away.
Delivery from New Castle CO to El Paso TX - 1 month, their web site estimate delivery time as 5 days.Lost money because of that. Since January I'm trying to file claim but guy overseeing El Paso terminal does't return my calls. Don't waist your time.
