I just wanted to come on here and say I don’t have any kids personally that attend voyager Kindercare but I did come for a tour with my 3yr old son last week . The Assistant Director Christiana was more than helpful and happy to provide the information I needed. She was very patient with my child and very patient with me. The center was clean , big and nice ! They offer so many extra curricular activities as well . I will be sending my son here .

Our daughter was in the 1-2 year old room and we had such a wonderful experience. Staff were extremely caring and engaging with the children. They also always kept us informed on her day. Communication as a parent was great and our daughter absolutely loved it. Plus she really learned a lot in her time there. We’re sad to have to leave due to moving out of state but we highly recommend this facility!

I don't do a lot of reviews however I feel strongly about this one. Our 2 sons started going here June of 2023. When we toured the facility we were told they are in the process of rebuilding the staff and striving to be a top learning facility. They were so sincere that we thought we would give them a shot.

They have been amazing! We talk with the teachers, Director and co Director and they really listen. They are accommodating to our individual needs. When our boys get in the building they are greeted by any staff member they see. Our kiddos love the good morning hugs they are sure to get when they get in their classroom.

Our sons are a little delayed and we are seeing good strides in what they are learning from their peers and teachers!

This isn’t the closest KinderCare to our home but we are happy to drive further to be part of the location

This daycare has struggled to keep consistent staff for the last 2 years and my Son has lost all of his lead teachers for the 2 years he was there. 4 teachers over the 2 years to be exact. They also do not have proper kitchen equipment to cook lunch, so just know that most of what your child is served is frozen or canned because it’s the best way they can cook it without a stove top. They almost lost their license with the state over a student being severely harmed last year while teachers were not properly supervising (this is public information by the way) and yesterday my Son was choked by another student due to poor supervision. The excuse from the child that choked him was because my child was following him around and he’d asked him to stop. Mind you, my Son didn’t hit back but immediately told a teacher. Not one of his teachers physically saw the incident because they were both too busy attending to their work tasks, so if he hadn’t shared with them, they would’ve never know the incident occurred. Luckily, we had already found him another daycare because we were unhappy with the high turnover but the incident with my Son reassured us all the more that we were making the right decision. I gave the center 2 stars because the Director , Cady, and her Assistant Director, Holly, are really trying hard to turn the center around with the best intentions but they need to figure out better supervision during the period between lunch to nap.

We have loved Kindercare! It’s been over a year and a half that we have had our kids enrolled full-time! Our oldest son started there when when he was two and has always enjoyed it. The teachers are fantastic and caring. There is a great curriculum built for each age group. We have also put our second child through the infant room into the toddler room and have had a positive experience throughout. Debbie and Meghan are both wonderful and we have full confidence in them when we leave our boys each day!

My son had never been around other kids or even to a daycare center before we put him in Kindercare at Northgate. I voiced my concerns with Brittany the Director and the teachers and they reassured me about everything. They keep me updated on a daily basis of how my son is doing and he is doing great! They care for him like their own. I appreciate them putting up with me being "THAT MOM". Would highly recommend this center to anyone!

My daughter loves this Kindercare!!! Brittany & Cady have been taking care of her since she was 6 months & now is four. The teachers have always been amazing & my daughter has learned so much from attending here. They bring the kids outside to learn and do a lot of hands on activities. There are always different lessons based on the seasons and what age they are! We recently added our daughter to the preschool program & see a huge difference in her language development! She enjoys interacting with all the other kids her age. Val & Anita keep the parenting app updated through the day with pictures and notes which I love seeing! We are happy to call this place home!

I have three kids currently enrolled in KinderCare in Colorado Springs, CO. I have to first off say that all three kids love it there and are very happy. Compared to their last daycare my youngest does not cry when he goes to class. He runs and hugs his teacher in the morning when previously he would not stop crying and I hated leaving him at our last place. They have also helped tremendously with potty training which has been awesome. Also the biggest thing I wanted to notate and bring to attention is that KinderCare has opened their arms to my Type 1 Diabetic daughter. For those who do not know or understand Diabetes it is a lot to deal with on a daily basis. At our previous daycare the director told me to my face that my daughter was a drain on her budget because of having to train staff for her and having someone always free to help in an emergency situation. KinderCare has completely opened their arms with love. They touch base with me throughout the day to give me updates, ask advice, let me know whats going on. At times when my daughter has had to go to the hospital they have reached out and asked how she is doing. That goes above and beyond their responsibilities and lets me know they genuinly care about my children and the other children in attendance. I am very thankful to be a part of this center! Thank you for all you do!!
