I have several witnesses who saw the whole event happen with gg my visitation lady, I honestly feel like I need to take her to court over this she shouldn't be around children or have the power to use over people to drag there kids around like dolls and yank there parents to the ground my knees were all scrapped up and all my toe name polish scrapped off from how hard she pulled my daughter when I was holding her hand all over the fact we just got to the monkeys which was the whole reason my kids wanted to see all day fory daughters birthday we were running to get to the monkey so we had time to see them and they second we got there she was mean and made my daughter cry ripping her out the zoo away from the monkey holding her away from me my daughter was screaming and crying for me she was holding my daughter away from me this was beyond evil and cruel, all because we needed to have time to go get lunch which I was trying to buy them lunch at the zoo with my money which she told was to expensive and id be paying 13$ for a hotdog which i told her i didnt mind and brought enough money for my daughter birthday celebration. I filed a police report against her and all the police officer I talked to spoke with many witness who saw the same thing they should be getting ahold of dhs to report there finding of this situation. But i wouldnt feel right just allowing this person to continue a job around children ,im pissed they didn't have it on Camera because I been trying to explain to everyone this whole time how cruel and mean she is and I finally had proof and they didn't have that part of the park filmed but there was almost 10 witnesses and the zoo staff who all saw this happen and left there statements with the zoo so the officer said If there any problem with my case because of this to call cause I have proof and this all filled on a police report against her. she took away the opportunity to see her blow out her candle and sing happy birthday to her after all this and im not going to allow her to take that from me. Please be very aware who you have your children around. I will neve come here again I have to file a restraining order as well against her. And take her to court.

You’d think a place called special kids special families would have a NICE….. CARING staff right? The employees first off look sooo overworked which really shows how much the management cares about their employees. Not to mention…. if the MANAGEMENT of the company can’t even care for their OWN employees!! What makes you think they gonna care about the “special families” and “special kids” Please go anywhere else but here please.
