I had a fantastic experience with Andrew the Audiologist. My 6 year old (mild ASD) has mild heating loss so we went in twice for heating tests and assessment. I was highly impressed with Andrew's knowledge of the Ear and explanation of the problem. His skills at communicating with my son were fantastic. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and be reassuring without talking down. It great to watch a professional at work, I also learned a lot! The front office staff were kind and personable at every interaction.
