Great place to take certification exams. If you’re like me and already have test anxiety this is where you want to go. Staff is super nice and makes check in easy. They offer lockers to store your items and offer earplugs or over the ear headphones.

Over the years I've taken about 5 or more certification exams at this facility and several more at other places. In comparison to online proctors and other facilities, I like it, it's comfortable and clean, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The testing room is quiet and they always over ear muffs to block out sound if needed, and other accommodations. Even though I usually have an online option except for some more advanced certs I usually intentionally book here just to take some of the stress off of prepping testing areas, uploading photos, scanning my testing area, and all the other fun included in taking home certification exams with an online proctor.

I've taken over 4 exams at this facility, and have really enjoyed my overall experience every time! Monica Rodriguez and Rachelle perform an overall great job by creating a smooth and clean process with directions & expectations for exam testers.

AcuSkill is a fantastic family-owned business that has continuously provided me with an exceptional testing environment and a convenient location for various types of testing. I have tested there more than six times and have had excellent service each time around.

Despite some negative reviews revolving around testing interruptions, my personal experience with AcuSkill has been different. I was only interrupted once due to server issues, which were out of their control. However, the diligent and caring staff at AcuSkill went above and beyond to help me reschedule and enable me to test again, instilling a sense of security and confidence in their service.

AcuSkill has enabled me to take significant steps toward my higher education and has been helpful for every test along the way. I will be testing there again and recommend AcuSkill to all!

Lastly, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Beth, the head of AcuSkill. Despite being referred to in negative reviews as “old-lady”, I have always seen her working tirelessly to maintain order and ensure the best service her team can provide. Thank you, Beth, for your dedication and hard work to provide this opportunity to people like me!

Today I went in to take my AAPC CPC exam on 11/23/2024 . I went through a lot to get an extra an hour with a ADA Approval . And it got approved by AAPC . I go into my exam knowing I will get my extra 1 hour . And no I had to do my exam without my hour extension. Having exam anxiety is not fun, but on top of that having been told something and it not happening makes it more anxious. I don’t think I would have been able to take my exam without the proctors help. Rachelle and Monica were so patient with me and going above and beyond to call for me with this situation. Rachelle was making calls for me to see why my test wasn’t programmed to have 5 hours. And in with all that stress Monica even offered me a piece of pizza . While we waited for measure learning to answer. They are amazing and I don’t think I would have been able to handle this stressful situation without their patience and help that day!!! Thank you Much !!!😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️

I was in and out efficiently and effectively. They made the process of completing my test very easy, and they were very kind and helpful making sure I had all of the right materials and wasn’t too nervous. I’ll be coming back again in the future! Thank you so much!

They were so incredibly accommodating and kind, and worked quick and efficiently. I was in the test room between 5-10 minutes and once I finished my exam, had my results in hand and leaving within a minute. I wish I had done my GED here instead of online. Thank you for a great experience!

I went into this location to take two tests after finish my first I was on my second and I was at the end of the test when the power went completely out at the site . The instructors one older lady and younger one proceeded to tell us that it happens often . And it’s like our “ home power” . After waiting 30 minutes they proceeded to assume the power would not be on until 6 and me and over 15 test takers had to leave . I proceeded to ask the older lady if this happens often and if we have to redo out test with a lot of attitude she proceeds to say she told me the procedure and I can choose to take it at home as if the office is not the one with no power I can not do the tests from home but she did not care just continues to laugh about it as if we are not on our time . After testing for two hours and rescheduling work to be here these two ladies had no type of procedure or remorse of the fact we had to take off work more seemed like a day they get to call off . My test was never continued and they said they will call us if you are on a time crunch and work a lot during the week I would not recommend coming here because the power seems to go off a lot and screw people of out testing because according to them “ it’s like your house “
