My son and I had the best experience with Tutor Doctor over the summer!

My son wanted to try to skip Pre Algebra and jump into Algebra for 7th grade. We started with Jamie with the intake process at the begging of summer and he went over test scores and my sons interests. He went over scheduling and what our goals were. He matched us up with Hannah.

My son worked with Hannah all summer long going over 10 months of curriculum in record time. She was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. She was always prompt and prepared for their sessions. my son was never overwhelmed with the coursework or workload.

I was pleased that he passed and had a great time working with Hannah. The other thing I appreciated about wishing with Jamie and Tutor Doctor was that there were no hidden costs or terms to the contract that weren't made clear upfront.

Quinn WM was great at working with my schedule. I needed to prep so I could test into a math class. We met twice a week to learn and go over things I would need to know. He would send his notes to me so I could always have an updated copy. He gave study suggestions and tips on how to work through difficult problems. Gave different ways of solving to see which one I worked better with. Quinn also showed me how to use a few different ways to study by using flash cards and videos if I needed extra help. Gave homework when I asked for it and helped me understand what I did or where I went wrong. Very encouraging and happy to help. All of this was virtual because that was the best option for me. I test into the class and I just passed that class. Working with Quinn helped me pass math so i could graduate.

Alex did a great job of tutoring for BC Calculus. This is a very specific subject that requires special skills to be able to tutor. He was very helpful and we truly appreciated it! As the sessions were wrapping up, he also helped with ACT prep, which was great!

My 14 yr old freshman started at a new school and was struggling to keep up with the new concepts in math. We started working with Tutor Doctor about half way through his first semester at the new school. The initial assessment and intake interview was very personalized and in depth. The billing was fair and the quality of tutoring was amazing. Dylan is my son's tutor. He was matched with my son based on personality type and common interests. It's was unbelievable how he immediately clicked with my son. Just to see how confident my son became in math class was a huge relief. My son is in competitive sports so his schedule tends to change quite frequently. But Dylan was always very understanding and flexible. He always made it work regardless of what came up with our schedules. My son has increased his math grade from an F to an A in less than a year. Because of the impact this has had, we have decided to keep ongoing sessions with Tutor Doctor and will continue to use them to help my son prep for tests or get a deep dive on new concepts as they are introduced in class. I would highly recommend Tutor Doctor for any age. You will love the results!

Jeff was an excellent tutor for my high school daughter taking a concurrent college math class. He accommodated her schedule, was patient, upbeat, and encouraging. I wish I would have contacted Tutor Doctor earlier in the semester.
