My husband signed up for a tutoring program with a private tutor from this company recently. My husband’s goal was to have a professional tutor help him navigate and fix issues that prevented his computer from operating properly. The tutor (Eduardo) was supposed to help my husband address and fix these issues while making sure no data will be lost. Here is what happened after that :
- “The tutor” sat down to take a look at my husband’s laptop and then said “he brought some stuff he’ll be trying on the laptop”
- The tutor didn’t ask what exactly my husband is looking to address/fix or what are even the main issues.
- The tutor proceeded DIRECTLY to factory reset the laptop without warning my husband about data loss (my husband was actually trying to save and protect all the data stored in his laptop and was trying to access an administrator account that was previously locked and that had lots of very important data).
- It wasn’t until I intervened that my husband was made aware that his laptop was getting factory reset and his data will be lost.
- The tutor’s communication skills were extremely poor and he didn’t even know or ask why he was sent to our place.
- We had lost years worth of data on that laptop and literally nothing that was asked of “the tutor”was done.

Unfortunately, Grade Potential sent us someone who was extremely poor on communication, skills and also it’s worth mentioning that he showed up 30 minutes late! Please make sure this company sends you the right person for the job!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and we will have to fix the damage this “tutor” has done out of our own pocket.
