Edit: Since this original post, I have been in touch with the practice and my experience has been excellent. The whole practice is caring, thoughtful, professional, and empathetic. My work with Dr. Lee has been very helpful in better positioning my mental health efforts. This initial experience was still frustrating, but I hope it was just a result of a few unusual circumstances as their practice is very helpful.

I was excited about this practice after seeing reviews. However they are literally impossible to get in touch with. When you call you get sent to voicemail and the message indicates it could be up to a week until you get a call back. If you miss the call and try to call back, you again get sent to voicemail and have to wait another week and hope you're able to answer when they call back. I also submitted a request through the site and indicated a preference to schedule via email as I have a lot of work meetings during the day, but never heard back.

Making it this hard for people with mental health issues to even talk to a human to schedule is incredibly disheartening.

Dr. Lee performed neuropsychological evaluations on two of my children. We found her to be not only a very skilled clinician but also someone of tremendous emotional intelligence who genuinely cares about her patients. She was able to quickly strike up rapport with our kids and put them at ease. Apart from the formal evaluations, she was also able to share surprising insights into our children which she'd gathered in a very short period of time. After the evaluations, she made herself accessible to us, free of charge, as we implemented recommendations from the evaluations. It's now been over two years since she evaluated our first kid, and she's still gladly offering her time and resources as needed. Just wonderful!

We had been trying to figure out what was going on with our child for over two years by the time we found Dr. Lee. Unlike other experiences where we felt our concerns minimized at best or completely dismissed at worst, Dr. Lee took the time to really listen and respect our observations and experiences. On testing day she was kind and patient with our child and when she conveyed the evaluation results to us in person she was compassionate and thoroughly answered all our questions; it was the first time we truly felt heard and our concerns validated. The report she provided was very well-written, detailed and specific to our child - it has been shared with our child's care team and praised by numerous doctors at a world-renown pediatric teaching hospital for it's clarity and content. It's also been the key to unlocking services for our child that were previously denied.
Overall we cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Lee's neuropsychological services. Our family will forever be grateful for the compassion and knowledge she gave us at a time when so many others had failed us. Thank you, Dr. Lee.

Not only did she accommodate testing for us on short notice, Meghan and her staff worked through the day and after hours to provide critical evaluation feedback the same day. Dr. Lee is an exceptional diagnostician! Her office is welcoming and she started by connecting with my young son. While the assessments are long, she gave him as much breaks as he needed without rushing him. Her reports and assessment were thorough, thoughtful and reflective of what we live everyday! When I submitted her evaluation and diagnosis to my son's physicians, they reviewed her report and agreed with her process, assessments, and diagnosis; which meant that they accepted her report as is and gave him extra medical services he requires without any additional testing. His school also accepted her assessments and started the IEP process to get him his educational needs met due to her attention to detail and knowledge. Dr. Lee communicated with me as parent in a professional and caring way. Once she has served a family, they can call upon her whenever they need support; and this has put another advocate in my son's corner! If you are looking for a Neuropsychologist, I highly recommend Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee’s approach to testing is superior and her constant follow-up and continuing to work collaboratively with us and members of my daughter’s treatment team following the evaluation put any anxiety we had to rest. Dr. Lee worked tirelessly on behalf of my daughter who was diagnosed with ASD and ADHD. She spent a lot of time with us before, during and after the appointment. She also spent two hours patiently reviewing the results and answering any questions that we had on the tests. She also worked with members of my daughter’s treatment and education team and provided follow-up consultations to answer any questions about the results or the report. Additionally, Dr. Lee participated in my daughter’s IEP meetings and also worked with my daughter’s educational advocate. Her levels of experience and training was particularly helpful for our family who had great trouble getting services for our daughter from our school district. Her mastery of knowledge and skills helped in obtaining our daughters special education services and place her in a therapeutic school. I will recommend Dr. Lee to anyone who is looking for neuropsychological testing. She really is amazing. We could not have done everything we accomplished without her.
