I have dealt with Ken's Sewing Center for many years and I have always had great reviews for them; however, this last time (for my new sewing machine) they were the BEST. I had questions about the way that the machine came packaged and they were addressed immediately and they have answered the phone each time I have called (4 times) with a pleasant tone and took care of all my concerns. This is the best company I have done business with and you cannot beat this southern hospitality! They have backed up every promise that we discussed and the boss (Kevin) was lovely about it.
It's always great to hear when a company goes above and beyond, especially with prompt and friendly customer service. Having your questions addressed quickly and feeling supported can make a huge difference. It's clear they value their customers and strive for excellence.

Wow! What can I say other than Ken’s customer service is OUTSTANDING! I spoke with Olivia over two weeks ago about purchasing a sewing machine. I called her again this past Friday & discussed two options. She was very helpful & answered all of my questions. I made my decision and we completed the sale. It was around 3:00 pm & I was pretty sure the machine would not ship until the following Monday. Olivia called me about 15 minutes later to let me know they didn’t have the model I had chosen in stock & asked if it would be okay to upgrade a more expensive model in its place at no charge to me. This was one of two machines I was considering. Of course I said yes. I get an email Friday night that the machine had shipped & it was delivered on Saturday!! This was my 2nd purchase from Ken’s with the first being many years ago. I received excellent customer on that purchase as well. I highly recommend Ken’s Sewing Center!

I have made multiple purchases from Ken's. The Salesperson I have worked with is Ray Landers. He is great, I'm not sure if he is a "stand-out" or if everyone at Ken's is just plain great. If you have the opportunity to work with and buy from Ray you will be pleased, and regardless, Ken's satisfies the old fashion way. I would not buy anywhere else.

Amber assisted me with a sewing machine purchase and was extremely helpful and patient in answering questions as well as going above and beyond to make sure that the machine was going to fit into a particular tote. The customer service that she offered is a very rare find in today's world and I would encourage anyone to reach out to her if you are shopping for your sewing needs. Note: I ordered on Monday and received on Wednesday. I am rating my experience with Amber as OUTSTANDING and highly rate my first time online transaction with this organization.

Excellent experience!!! Customer support was very supportive when my machine was delays through ups. They answered all my questions. I've bought 2 machines now through them, sewing and embroidery! Can't wait to upgrade to an industrial machine. Will definitely use them again!!!!! And I'm not local, I'm in Sevierville Tn area.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to Ken's just to look at a cuttie frame and to try it out. Well needless to say the young man Will was really nice and set up the frame with a machine like I have (jazz 2) .He was so helpful and nice. I really liked the willingness and patience he had. I bought the frame. So this place is a very good place

Extremely disappointed. Had never ordered from them before, but saw good reviews posted. Ordered a sewing machine storage case, and received an e-mail the next day that they had shipped my package with UPS. A week later, tracking showed UPS was STILL not in possession of item. I called and after being on the phone with 2 people, was finally told that my item really hadn't been shipped because it was on backorder. If the Ken's website had stated the item was on backorder in the first place when I placed the order, I would have looked elsewhere for a storage case, as I needed one pretty quickly. So the lady on the phone then told me they were actually going to hold my order until they got a supply of them in, and THEN send it to me. I never received ANY KIND of communication this situation had happened, and they did not bother to check with me to see if I wanted to wait on it or not. Was very upset, and told the woman to just cancel the order, period. Not a good business practice to deceive the customer!

I ordered the Janome professional grade needle plate HP with the Professional Grade Foot combo. The package showed up with the needle plate but the foot was missing. There are only two ways to resolve sales issues for online orders; call their customer service line, or send an email. I decided to call, but after being on hold, a recording notified me that the "person" I was calling was not available to take my call, and then disconnected. I'll try to resolve the issue through email and see how that goes, but so far, I have to give Ken's sewing three strikes; incomplete order, lousy customer support options, and customer service over the phone not working.
