We are so grateful to have found Autana Preschool for our son after moving from California to Colorado in July 2023. Transitioning to a new state came with its challenges, but Autana has truly fostered a sense of community that has made this experience positive.

As a locally owned school, not a franchise, the commitment from directors Patricia and Raquel, along with their dedicated teachers, is evident. They genuinely care about providing a nurturing and enriching environment based on Montessori principles. I’ve seen my son grow more independent, make wonderful friends, and form strong bonds with his teachers.

In just a year and a half, the amount he has learned has impressed us immensely. Whenever we face parenting challenges, Patricia and Raquel have taken the time to meet with us and offer their support, reminding us that “kids don’t come with instructions.” They go above and beyond! Their kindness and dedication have made a significant difference in our family’s transition.

I highly recommend Autana for anyone who is looking for a kind, nurturing environment based on the Montessori principles.

Autana is a wonderful school environment where the Montessori practices are thoughtfully curated and followed. My two sons both attended, one in toddler and one in primary, and they thrived. They developed independence, a deeper awareness of the children and environment around them, and thoughtful behavior that they carried with them at home and beyond. Raquel and Patty are very passionate about the experience of the children and the environment and community they work to foster. You can feel how heartfelt they are and the love they have for their work. They try very hard to find teachers that align with those values and that are Montessori trained which can be very difficult. Communication is key, in any environment, and as a parent it was helpful to ask questions when I needed clarity on something or had a desire for my children’s education and experience. I am thankful for our experience at Autana and the care they showed our children.

We love Autana Bilingual Montessori! All the teachers & staff have exceptional qualifications in early childhood education. Our daughter Madison has been attending Autana for just over a year now & we can say without a doubt that moving her from a daycare to this school, was the best decision we've made for her. She is happier, more stable & has developed so much as a confident, independent toddler. Our son will be attending this school as soon as he is able because we love this community & everything that Autana has provided to our daughter. Autana has been a wonderful experience for our family since moving to Colorado three years ago. Our oldest two are currently enrolled and we will enroll our youngest as soon as he is old enough. The heads of school are wonderful humans and incredibly knowledge Montessori teachers and leaders. They care deeply about the children in the school and hire competent, warm and loving staff. We were unsure about Montessori pedagogy when our oldest was starting school but we’ve seen the impact it’s had on kids, who learn very differently and each have their own ways of doing things…but have both thrived with the Montessori approach and we believe it has enabled them to become their own independent, capable, curious and kind kids. Autana also is one of the most diverse environments we’ve been in and that’s a beautiful thing, especially here in Colorado.

Autana is a wonderful school and we feel lucky to have our son there. This was our first experience with childcare and it has exceeded all of our expectations! His teacher is amazing and he has learned so much from her guidance. He's much more confident and independent due to the Montessori method and seems happy to go to school each day. My son has attended Autana for a year and a half, and we intend to keep him enrolled at the school until he's ready for elementary school. The Co-Founders of the school work closely with the staff to create a nurturing environment for the children to learn and thrive independently. When our child goes through major developmental changes, the team actively participates with the parents to support the child and family. We're very grateful for the Autana learning environment and community, there's nothing better as a parent than to see our child walk into school confidently and with so much joy every day.

My son learned so much since he started going to Autana (He was singing the month of the year data day, etc) But what I really wanted to make sure is that he is in an environment that grows his confidence and he feels loved and safe in. And he does 🙂
