Stopped in this Panda to have lunch with my wife. Great ran resturant. The whole team including the GM were very nice, hard working, polite. It was an amazing experience all around. The food was hot & fresh, the drinks were nice & cold. Staff cleaning the tables, drink station & lobby were refreshing to see. Since covid this has become a tough task to get done. I see a lot of lobby now a days that are never cleaned anymore. 5 star rating for this GM, his staff & this Panda location. Thank you guys very much!

Literally half of our order was incorrect. Please do not visit this location. They took too long grabbing food. Nonetheless in the midst of that half of our order was wrong. Called location. And quite literally had to tell the manager to slow down the drive-through. Weird combo of taking too long grabbing the food to completed with half the order being wrong 10/10 do not recommend. Wasted money. Thanks

I picked up my food and food for my coworkers recently. One of the orders was a bigger plate that was supposed to have three entrees and they only gave him one. We had to rush back on our lunch break and the manager said he needed to see the food and the receipt. The receipt was on my phone (mobile order) and I wasn't going to go back to get the fried rice and veggies just to bring it back. I get that part of it but he was rude about the situation and only remade it when another employee talked to him about it.

If they mess your order up, bring the messed up food in. It should make it easier for you. Again, the mishap isn't that big of a deal, but the attitude was uncalled for, especially when we spent at least $70 in that one transaction.

I went here on Friday evening 10/18/2024. And the orange chicken was THE BEST I have had since I was a kid. It was so delicious that all three of us were like oh hell yea when we bit into it. So who ever was working that evening and made the orange chicken deserves a raise.

Been going to panda express for years always get to Beijing beef made fresh. Even the people that work there now besides the new people asked to have them make it fresh for me. This time was pretty much told no ask for the manager manager gave me a rude remark when I told him that I was gonna write a bad review he pretty much wished himself that I would write this so I just let you know yours go by People change I understand, but they should still provide the best service they can and the same service because I bet you guys didn’t know they’ll cook everything fresh for you if you just have to ask And they wouldn’t do it for me so I banned this panda express and I go back to the old one over by my work instead of this one sorry panda you guys used to be the best now you guys are the worst thank you wow I should’ve read the reviews. They’re even worse and worse then I expected what happened to the old management team I noticed they’re not there. I did some see some people that are still working there from when they used to actually take care of us, but I see that they have them in the back now and have a third new people in the front, good luck won’t be back until you change it back no samples either you guys have a new product and used to give samples to how the hell should I know if I wanna buy a big gigantic cord or something that’s new and you won’t let me sample

The lady taking our order was super nice and respectful it just sucks when the service is AMAZING, but the food was terrible. We did go late at night (9:50) drive thru closes at 11 (we were told when we pulled up, cause I asked if they closed at 10 to not be rude) though so could be a reason, but still no reason to give old and stale rice and noodles and no beef with the BEEF and BROCCOLI, and old orange chicken. My advice, go earlier and not late at night.
