The owner is extremely unorganized and uncommunicative. We do not have a consistent schedule and coordinating this with her has not worked out well at all. My mother in law had surgery and was unable to plan to watch my child. I told the owner more than a month in advance and was assured she would be able to accommodate any days I would need. She then completely failed to confirm the dates I needed until shortly before the surgery, and then said she could not do any days during 2 of the 4 weeks I needed. The lack of confirmation of days on a drop in schedule in general has been a disaster. She also failed to give me an invoice for a month, though I requested it on 4 separate occasions. On the invoice for the next month she added the previous month as β€˜past due’. She is nice, but a terrible business lady. There are several good staff members but this does not make up for the owners shortcomings.

I talked with the owner of this daycare and was told I had a spot one day a week. I was told that she would contact me on exact start date. Upon not hearing from her, I reached out 3 times to try to confirm. She never got back to me. Unprofessional, disrespectful. I had arranged other babysitters and events around that day that I was supposed to have because I had faith in this system. Unfortunate. I would not recommend this place.

Very unprofessional. I contacted them to see if they had openings they did. We talked about getting my child in and only days later I was ghosted. I tried multiple times to reach them with no response! How do they expect to fill open spots if they ignore potential clients?

My son is excited to see the teachers every morning when I drop him off and he is all smiles when I pick him up. We are extremely happy with the care he is receiving
