I am so thankful for BrightStar's care team! My grandparents are elderly living in rural Colorado with little support at home. BrightStar responds quickly and they are able to mobilize their team very quickly to get care to them at all hours of the day. All of their caregivers are so kind and very thorough. I work in the long-term care and elderly industry and have incredibly high standards for those who are caring for my family. I can't say enough about how amazing their team has been. They are obviously very trained and very caring individuals. Thank you for all that you do!!!

Hello, Welcome to my review. My name is Katherine, I just wanted to say if I knew about this company when it first came to Greeley, Colorado, it would have been amazing. Bright Star amazed me with how compassionate they are with their clients. I was introduced to my case manager and saw the relationship that this company has with it clients. What an awesome feeling to feel!!! Caring for clients with compassion is something they excel at. If you're interested in home health, don't hesitate to call them, it will be the best decision you will ever make.

I had a great experience with BrightStar. All of the office staff members are very approachable and always willing to assist with client needs and field staff needs. My schedule was always flexible, especially as a student, the scheduling staff was always able to accommodate my needs. Other field staff members were very kind and caring and they always provide the best care for their clients. This is a great company to work for and to receive care from!

My family has been using BrightStar Care of Greeley for my mother's home care for the past three and a half years. We have been extremely pleased with the excellent service we receive from them. In particular, we would like to recognize Andrea Rangel for her outstanding skills, her professionalism and compassion, and for the friendship she provides my mother. She has been an absolute godsend for our family. My father describes her as a ray of sunshine, and has said that the home brightens up every time she walks in.

Our caregiver Rachael H. is absolutely the best! She is always on time and very calm, friendly, and kind! I leave my 95 yr. old husband with her and have complete peace of mind as she stays with him. She has brought crafts for activities, listens to elvis, dances with mom and is just an amazing person!

Brightstar Care of Northern Colorado has changed both my elderly father’s quality of life and my ability to trust someone with caring for my dad, like I do.
Some people in this life give a little more than required and I’ve found two at Brightstar Care.
Jacqui Gonzalez, his CNA, (certified nursing assistant) and his VA supervising nurse, Bailea Branum.
Bailea always talks to my dad as he is a person, not an elderly client. She respects my father, goes above and beyond for me when she’s able to, to help my dad!
My dad has dementia and names are tough for him. He always remembers Jacqui because of her care of him. She cares for my dad like I do, never loses patience, like I do. She is the one person that I trust with my dad and never have to worry if he is being cared for properly!

About three weeks into my family member's in-home care for Stage 4 pancreatic and liver cancer, I ran out of words to describe the incalculable blessing that is BrightStar Care of Northern Colorado.

So desperate to begin care that you need an initial intake meeting on New Year's Eve by the company Vice-President on her way to her own family gathering? No problem.

Looking for exceptional case management to oversee the organization and administration of 15 different medications and help keep straight numerous doctor’s appointments, both in-person and virtual? Got it.

Have gotten to a place in her care that you needed to up 6 hours per day of staffing to 16 on two days notice? Easy.

Oh wait, things have taken another turn and you are now calling three days later, after business hours, to request 24/7 in-home NURSING care? Don’t worry. The on-call overnight administrator who happened to have the phone that Tuesday will get right on it.

Actually, we’ve staffed plenty of 24/7 care, but never with only nurses. We’ll have to see what we can do… oh, it looks like five different nurses have stepped in to take 12 hour shifts each for the next week, so you are covered. And if we cannot get nurses 24/7, we will definitely supplement with Certified Nursing Assistants to get through the gaps.

BrightStar Care did each of these things for our family as the care needs seemingly changed every five minutes, and they did it with nursing and CNA staff who knew how to interact with a patient who could at times be difficult as her condition worsened. She also went from not wanting to be alone with staff in the home without at least one family member present, to being comfortable with the folks she got to know even when the rest of us were off running errands or getting a break. Those nurses and CNAs had all of the skills and emotional intelligence to know exactly what our family member needed, and how to work with someone who struggled to give up the control that she had always exercised over her own life.

The BrightStar staff worked very closely with our family on all of this, and never shied away from taking and returning our calls no matter what time of day it was. We were never left to wonder if they were working on our case or not, and they made it possible for our family member’s final wish to be fulfilled. She was able to pass away in her home.

My family is forever indebted to BrightStar for everything that they brought to us during a very emotionally-intense, highly stressful time for our family. I am not a religious person, but I know one thing for sure… BrightStar Care of Northern Colorado is filled with guardian angels.
